Easy Zoom Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, noise cancellation, works well with large parties, easy screen sharing and recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to utilize the browser version to change certain settings like assigning a host.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes working remotely much more efficient and effective. All sizes of organizations can use it, and most plans are free or very inexpensive. Users can communicate via text messages, phone calls, video conferencing, meetings, and even recorded conversations. In addition, it allows you to review your audio/visual settings before joining a conference call, preventing issues from occurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's technical issues, including audio and video interruptions, are very discouraging. Interruptions can significantly slow down meetings and other forms of communication. I am also aware of previous reports that suggest this platform contains security vulnerabilities that need to be addressed in order to ensure a safe environment for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work requires me to use Zoom a lot. Scheduling client meetings and collaborating with colleagues is easy with it.
GOOD PRODUCT EXPERIENCE FOR MEETINGS
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because most of all people know how to use it and they always have the app or can be connected by the browser, is very similar to Google meets but most people know how does zoom works

some times I don't like the browser settings and for me, I prefer to use Google meets because it can be connected to google calendar and another app that helps me a lot

I work in a multicultural company for several countries around the world an zoom is the best choice to communicate together in real-time and we can share our screen if we want to explain something
Simple, near-universal video conferencing.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share screen, and also to "pause" the screen share. Simple settings and customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if ZOOM had a setting so that when I create a google calendar meeting, it defaults to ZOOM as the conferencing solution. I'm not sure if this is possible but it would be great.

Ability to meet with prospects. partners, customers. And also colleagues. Zoom makes virtual meetings simple and easy.
Zoom : A boon for online meeting
What do you like best about the product?
For any presentations, online meetings, or video conferencing the one services comes to my mind that is Zoom. An excellent platform to communicate the people across the globe without any hassle. You always feel that we are all sitting in the same room and that is the power of Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I strongly recommend to the Zoom team that they have limitations of only 45 minutes for free trial. I highly recommend it should be atleast for an hour or so. As most of the people schedule the meetings which holds upto atleast for 1 hour. So kindly look into this, and it will definitely will give a value add to your product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now a days we are providing digital trainings and our user base is spread across the world and in a day we use to have multiple calls to present out business use case or provide business trainings and we use this product most frequently to communicate our stuff.

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes a bug that think I am a different user makes me enter in an empty room for meetings that I have set and it communicates me that the owner has to open the meeting (when the owner is me!). Hope it will be resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote working with people in different countries. It works really well especially with the recording, the ability to draw on the shared screen and the ability to send attachments in chat. It makes it like we are in the same room.

1. Limited time of access during meetings
2. App gets stuck and doesn't work at times. I will have to uninstall and install it back to get through the platform.

I was in an operation with my professor , In next 20 mins my college meeting was there . Just because of zoom i was able to present my presentation related to thst case otherwise it have been taken my 3 hours to go to another city and present it.

Voice issues and sometimes screen share is not good

It helped me through attending various conference related to medical science and the best thing is me and my old college mates can discuss any topic together while sharing screen

Video conference calls can be a breeze with over 5 people with a hist granted to lead group and control screen

Unable to view chat while inside other zoom sections. Backgrounds arr not always clear or displayed

Learning whole not in classroom. Ability to attend team meetings even when not in office. Can learn from other miles away from the comfrom of your home

What do you like best about the product?
The software gained popularity in 2020 and was really good initially when it allowed multiple people to have their video calls without any limits. I really loved the feature it offered and the user interface made it easy to use for everyone on our team. The best part was it had apps for every platform weather android or iOS so it became easy for us to connect with each other on the device of our choice. The video quality used to be good and the securtiy features were also impressive that allowed room owner to control the room settings so it could be made sure that only invited people could join the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the Zoom software got the popularity it deserved, the people in the team probaly started focusing more on money and hence many restrictions were added for the people who were using it for free making it hard for people to have seamless video calls. During the same time I discoved a better alternative named teamviewer meetings and hence I switched to that. If they never had those restrictions like limited duration calls and stuff I don't think I would have switched.

It helped to make out communication easy since it allowed multiple people to get on a meeting. In addition, people could easily share their screen when they wanted to present something important like a presentation or something else.
