Zoom is a reliable easy to use platform for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how zoom is connected to my google calendar. Therefore, when I create a meeting I am able to click on the zoom link to insert a video conferencing link easily. It is very accessible and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of times zoom has asked me to log back in after logging out is a little inconvenient. I don't normally check if I'm logged into zoom before a meeting and if it prompts me to log in while I have already joined a meeting it is frustrating because my picture and background won't load in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Living in a virtual world, it is critical that companies have a platform that is easy to use and accessible in order to connect my business to my customers. Zoom allows for this communication easily and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The fact that most people have used it in the past make it easy for everyone to join. It also allows you to join using your phone or a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the standard version (i.e. webinar mode).
Sometimes, it shows some bugs when sharing your screen (i.e. it changes the resolution of your screen).

The need to communicate with your peers and clients remotely. Zooms provides the basic tools to contact them, speak with them, and share content by sharing your screen.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most advanced Video conferencing tool I've used, and it gives the presenter great control over their presentation, audience, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom is advanced, I don't think it's as use friendly as other Video conferencing tools

Zoom makes it possible to easily video conference with partners and clients in a remote-first setting

No flaws in Zoom so far, all good and works well without any issue

So far so good, no issue faced till date and I am not recalling any instance where I have faced issues with Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a user-friendly online platform that helps connect people through various places worldwide. Many people learned about Zoom during the lockdown period, where Zoom helped a lot of schools, universities and companies to continue their work even when people were told to stay at home for months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom helped many people during lockdown but is a bit costly. We, If someone, wants to do a meeting of more than two people, they will get a maximum of 40mins, and after that, they need to start again a new discussion or else they need to buy the premium for no time limit for the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows users to do free video calls with unique features like screen sharing, custom background and video filters. Best part is it is a free software.

In the desktop app, sometimes it is a bit complex to enter a meeting.

In the company where I am, we use it for general meetings where projects are defined, and it allows us to provide feedback on progress. We all work virtually, so Zoom is fundamental for us to communicate.

Zoom has increased its users during the lockdown. As this platform made it easy to survive the lockdown with an ease in the area of working professionals.

There is no such content or feature that annoys or which needs to be taken care of. Zoom was making efforts very frequently by it's updates. I wish if they could add a feature of location sharing in zoom it would be great.

With the help of Zoom we can able to connect with the people for various reasons. We can conduct poll, votes, any many other features are available. We can record the call, along with the shared content. Which we can refer later.

Zoom provides amazing streaming quality and reliability. It can be used anywhere, anytime worldwide, and helps people scale up their businesses and increase productivity.

Zoom consumes a lot of Internet data while streaming video and audio which could get expensive rather quickly. This issue should be addressed as soon as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
It is integrated into slack and chorus that allows for me to keep all of my notes and collaboration in a single suite of products. It is also very reliable and i use it daily
What do you dislike about the product?
It will sometimes crash, and if my clients do not regularly use zoom it causes major issues for them. If my clients do not have it downloaded, it would be nice to have an easier guest login

It is solving the remote working enviornment. I am able to have indepth conversations with customers and connect about large initiatives without having to hop on a plane
