It is a simple to use, user-friendly video conferencing application. It is accessible to people of all ability levels and doesn't require a lot of technical skills. Meetings, webinars, interviews, online lectures, and virtual events are just a few of the many uses it may be put to. It contains qualities that make it appropriate for both private and business use.
What do you dislike about the product?
After lengthy sessions, Zoom can become worn out because the repeated video chats can be cognitively taxing. It uses up a lot of bandwidth and need a robust and reliable internet connection. Users with restricted internet bandwidth or those with limited mobile data plans may have a difficulty with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emojis, virtual backgrounds, and other interactive features have been added by Zoom to help promote engagement and retain social skills during remote meetings. It has introduced new features to enhance the user experience, such as virtual hand raising, live transcription, and immersive view.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is always the first preference for virtual meetings. Because it provides such a great experience, its UI is clear, attractive and easy to use.

Sometimes there were some interruptions between the calls. Apart from that, every thing was just in the right place.

It is an excellent tool for group meetings and one-to-one video calls that everyone should consider it for once at least

What do you like best about the product?
There are several features of Zoom that are very helpful. I like how you can break members up into smaller rooms for short discussions. I also like how you can make a voiceover video through Zoom. The video quality is really good and the features of the app are very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could have longer Zoom meetings without having to upgrade your plan. I also think that the iPhone application is slightly confusing and a bit harder to use compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several meetings I have on Zoom as I am unable to meet specific people in person. Zoom makes it easy by providing a space online in which you can speak with someone and use the same link multiple times.

What do you like best about the product?
We learned during the pandemic that business doesn't have to stop just because you can't be in the same toom. I personally like it and the interface is better than Microsoft Teams or WebEx. It's more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really Zoom's fault, but there are so many different meeting platforms, it can be hard to standardize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone has competing interests for time and now you can pick up a meeting from your car, or the beach or even another room while you work on another project. Adds time back to my day!

Interact with another person via video, make it easier to explain some subjects
Simplifies Remote Learning
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, reliable, and great for large groups. The breakout feature is great for small group learning within a larger setting
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen sharing with video without a second monitor gets a bit clunky - it's hard to navigate the different toolbars you have to hide in order to see your own screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote training for work was a breeze - I was still able to have a very interactive training process and get to know people through the break out room functionality
