Zoom Workplace is convenient and an excellent platform for our education foundation.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace helps to ensure that the collective membership of our organziation will attend scheduled meetings and provide their vitally important input because of the convenience of this platform.

So far, we have not found anything we dislike about Zoom Workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because when I join on my mobile, not on my laptop, if I wanted to take personal calls, it would be very helpful as it doesn't show the hold icon on my name; instead, it would be in mute, so no one can notice it until they want to speak with me. In that moment, I will be unable to answer as I am already on a personal or emergency phone call, and if I wanted to answer, I would unmute.
When it comes to its user interface, it is so simple that any person can handle it without any prior knowledge, which is very easy to implement for all kinds of people regardless of age. Because my dad also uses it sometimes, he finds it super easy. And to mention that mostly and frequently I use Zoom for my college study meetings for all purposes.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it has very pleasant customer support to resolve any glitches for its customers who need emergency support, which is super important. Although it is simple to use, having only minimal features is not as many as the number of features such as MS Teams have, which sometimes makes it difficult for users. Many people find it easy to integrate as Zoom has its own callender, chat space, and note-taking tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I was using MS Teams on mobile, if I wanted to take phone calls, it was inconvenient as it showed the hold icon, but in Zoom, it is benefiting me so much as I can take all phone calls on mobile while attending any kind of class or meeting too on being mute itself instaed on hold without noticing from all.

What do you like best about the product?
Video Call meetings, Making calls to the candidates, texting candidates, Getting the recordings of the meetings, Video Call interview with a Candidate, Mostly I use the Zoom app for Sourcing candidates and make calls and check with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We text to the candidate who do not pick the call, incase of sending any contact number or any kind of links it's not allowed to send any links or number through texts, if we do then the zoom blocks us from utilizing the text feature, recently been facing this issue in our organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can use on mobile as well as on PC, We use Zoom for recruiting purposes in case we are out of the desk we will be notified through mobile which is helpful, it helps in the times of scheduling a client interview through mobile when you are out of office,helpful in making video call with the candidates and taking a screenshot and submit them to the client, An High quality audio and video features helps us benefit in so many ways
