What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows different ways of scheduling a meeting. It also has breakout rooms facility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as i feel it is relatively best placed when compared to its competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in sharing screens and ask for any software development query to team member.

Fantastic Application for all kinds of video meetings. You can share your screen and chat with the team members on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs fast internet for smooth meetings, if you are not having the fast internet, this application will run but may hang sometimes.

They are focusing on connections to make sure to have the meeting is flawless.

The feature of a private chat is very immersive.

We cannot edit/delete words once we send them in the chat.

Zoom facilitates real-time connections with distant contacts. Since I started taking online classes and webinars, Zoom has been especially helpful to me.

I don't find anything which lies between dislike; it has all the features which need for communicating and sharing data.

When it comes to video conferencing tools, I've found Zoom to be a standout platform especially post-pandemic. It offers seamless collaboration for both personal and professional use. Its user interface is intuitive, making it easy to join or host a meeting. Its features, such as screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, and recording options, are easily accessible and useful for remote work,
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the time limitation of the meeting for Basic version users. They should offer an option to add up to 1 more email along with your business/work email which we can use for personal purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving multiple problems for businesses like solving the need for showcasing your product to your prospects, and onboarding your customers becomes so easy via Zoom. All these use cases have helped me to attain my quota quicker & boosted my company's revenue.
Amazing Conferencing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to change your background, as well as the ability to beautify yourself for the video conferencing. I also like that you dont have to utilize the video feature,
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can be complex to join a meeting, with a unique meeting ID and then a code as well. This can be frustrating and difficult to log in on occasion.

Zoom allows me to connect with others that are not in my geographic location and communicate, even taking notes, sharing files and adding additional people to contribute.

Zoom helps to conduct video meetings or video conference and has incredible feature of live chat, meeting recordings. Zoom provides greater experience of online interaction platform to stay connected virtually

Zoom is the paid service and many people cannot afford for subscription. The HD video quality is not that clear and If subscription amount is less then people may tend to take the subscription

Zoom helps in sharing the screen to guide instructions or identifying and solving his or her issues . This feature helps me alot for troubleshooting an issue faced by the user

Easy to use. Beneficial for group meetings or meetings in general with families and friends. I love that you can screen share as well.

Nothing at all. Its perfect the way it functions.

Sometimes my audio does not connect properly.
Zoom is a decent platform for basic video conferencing compared to other platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
It can hold more participants than other platforms, which is great for a virtual talent show with students. It's user-friendly for participants. The Zoom desktop app is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of Zoom, as unexpected visitors can bomb a meeting that they were not invited to or show inappropriate things on the screen. The meets seem to lag more than other platforms. Privacy issues, and not suitable for screen sharing. Other platforms also have better recordings, host controls, and screen-sharing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A video platform gives instructors the ability to hold synchronous meetings with students. It also is a universal platform that most have used so there is not as much of a learning curve for new users.
One Click Video Conferencing Option
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to install/set up. It's very easy to turn any calendar invitation into a Zoom meeting with one click. A unique Zoom meeting is created for every calendar invite. Meeting settings can be updated within Zoom if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes disconnected unexpectedly and you need to re-login to your Zoom account to make the integration work again. This doesn't happen very often, though, and the reconnection process is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-click way to add a Zoom meeting right into a Google meeting invite without having to leave the platform. Before, we had to set up our video conferencing information in a separate platform, create our Google meeting, and copy/paste the video conferencing link into the invite.
