Best Universal Business Communicator
What do you like best about the product?
Who has not used Zoom. The whole world knows it. Easy to setup a call with the customer. Easy to use. Doesn't need much expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have noticed the sound goes off. Very rare. Rest everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All conference calls are setup on Zoom. Easy to integrate with Slack and Google Calender. With Slack you can simply create a Zoom link without even going in Zoom.
Standard and reliable service
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Zoom over Google meetings. I love the ease of teaching someone something and sense a difference whenever I use an alternative. I also used Zoom for a couple years as a podcast recording platform and feel grateful that it was so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I stopped using Zoom for my podcast because I found a paid service like Riverside to have better quality video and audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy place to meet someone virtually. It's easy to schedule a zoom and send it out to someone.
You use it because everyone else uses it
What do you like best about the product?
It's smooth and easy to use. The scaling issues from early in the pandemic are all resolved and there are only rarely issues with availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is very restrictive and the paid plans are expensive unless you plan on using it very frequently. Attendees with slow internet connections frequently experience lag and latency issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to connect with multiple organizations and individuals who all use the platform.
It's good, but it constantly logs you out of the mac app

It works as expected, and video quality is good
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps logging me out of my app on mac and so its hard to see upcoming meetings. Instead I have to check my meetings on google calendar, but then I may as well use google meets

it allows you to video call others effectively. Doesn't seem too much better that google meets though

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and easy to use. I have been using it for the past 2 years

I like everything in Zoom except the time limit

During pandemic, time zoom helped me a lot to communicate with my collegue virtually

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Zoom tends to be the industry standard for video chat across most industries. I love that it's easy to use, integrate, and everyone is familiar with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the quality can suffer on Zoom. A lot of times, people end up stuck in buffering or end up sounding robotic. That might be more of a personal issue though..

Zoom is the tool that we use for calling with clients face to face and sharing our screens for live demos. It allows us to connect with clients and create a better relationship with them.
Widely used and adaptable platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Allows for remote teams to connect / the app features are a fun addition!
What do you dislike about the product?
If my team doesn't have the upgraded subscription they can't conduct meetings over 40 mins

Remote team with members all across the US. Able to come to together and exchange ideas in real time.
Makes Interviewing Across Time Zones A Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom offers a straightforward user interface that makes setting up external calls less challenging. I also appreciate that the app doesn't lag to the extent that other platforms do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more flexibility with Zoom regarding keeping track of calls, and the invitation process could be streamlined. I would like to see improvements in the video quality as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom primarily solves the issue of distance, as I can meet with people based anywhere, at any time. Time is another problem that Zoom solves for me, as it makes meeting with groups less complicated because the group members do not have to meet in person.

in many differents way it has helped me with school and getting taught things but also helped me with my training at work and that is something that was so important in my life

What do you like best about the product?
It is beneficial for communication with my colleague and friends. Easy to share my screen and give access to them. Even in my company, I use Zoom regularly in my office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not face any difficulties while using this application. Even I can record the whole session. It is beneficial for me. So, I do not have any negative points while using this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not face any problems while using this application. Recording options, screen sharing and access to the opposite person benefit me even though it has many user-friendly options.
