What do you like best about the product?
One of the best video calling applications on the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they add features like a notes section, or a screen draw it would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having day-to-day communication with my co-workers. clearing work-related doubts.

What do you like best about the product?
After the pandemic, Zoom has been a great help for our company to keep the weekly group meetings and kick offs with clients on track. Easy to use with useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time limit on Free accounts. :) There is a 45 min ~ one hour time limit for meetings if you don't have a paid subscription plan that sometimes makes it hard but understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weekly group meetings between team members to go through on going projects. Also first kick off meetings with potential clients that help start projects for the company.
Better Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really great for hosting large meetings and connecting groups. Additionally, the background features are nice for privacy and amusement. Overall, would likely reccomend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is slightly complicated. The sharing content options are subpar. I would be more likely to reccomend a similar platform such as Teams.

My team and classmates are spread throughout the world. Soon gives us a nice way to communicate on one platform.
Does great and is pervasive

INcludes the ability to use an iPad in the call

It messes with my preset camera positions and "zooms" in further than the camera is set when I start a call

The meeting closes after a certain time if you dont pay for it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving long distance communication. You can save time and resources by not commuting to have a meeting, class, etc. I sometimes have a lot of things to do during the day so having zoom meetings definitely helps me save time

40 minute free time limit is a bit low for any meeting to get under way

It is solving a time management issue for me.

How easy it is to join and create meetings, the chat box features, the ease of screen sharing, and its integration with google calendar/slack for ease and convenience
What do you dislike about the product?
The mandatory sign-ins when joining meetings from my google calendar. If I am already signed in to Zoom or accessing a private link from my email address, it is a bit redundant to make me sign in with my email again on Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large scale meetings with +1000 people, not many other video conferencing platforms are able to support audience sizes that large. A lot of the meeting rooms in the office are also compatible with Zoom.

Easy to use and intuitive controls. Everything is where you'd think it'd be

I sometimes have troubles with volume of others, especially those using group microphone in large rooms.

The best way to have a meeting
What do you like best about the product?
I work in an industry where meetings are a day-to-day thing. Zoom helps me stay in touch with my clients and never fails me. It makes meets seamless and makes scheduling them hassle free!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would say I do not like about Zoom is that sometimes I have to turn off my camera while I am in a meeting for the system to catch up and then I can turn it back on. But this only happens on days I have a ton of meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business meetings and client consultations. I work remotely so I can meet with my clients in another country effortlessly and never have to be in the same country.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is available across all platforms and devices and OS and can be used from the web also; it has a free version also, which lets you save a lot of costs and help improve connectivity. The app is very useful for inter-team as well as across-team communications and very useful in the work-from-home scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute time limit is really annoying, and there is no pop-up warning of the time running out. Security issues exist, and hackers might simply access the data. The software performs poorly on connections with low bandwidth, whereas many other apps streamline the same.

Zoom is a tool that we utilize for IT troubleshooting. We begin with a phone call, and if that isn't sufficient, we click on the camera, jump on a screen share, and ask the other person for the remote control. It's so simple. It serves as a help desk tool as well as a communication tool.
