What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the ideal video conferencing software, providing users with a range of communication, collaboration, and sharing features that make it easy to work remotely. Whether you need to hold one-on-one meetings or conference with larger groups over voice or video, Zoom makes it possible, regardless of location. For group projects, whiteboarding and screen sharing features allow team members in different locations to efficiently participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions. It also integrates seamlessly with some popular applications, reducing log-in time when switching between accounts and simplifying the tasks we post at all times. For these reasons, it's no wonder that Zoom has become known for its comprehensive services that facilitate remote work from virtually anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the potential for distractions during Zoom calls as I find them distracting. Additionally, reports of spammers hacking into user meetings are concerning and something I would rather avoid. The differences between the free plan and the premium plans also limit my ability to take advantage of some features, such as having a larger number of participants on a call if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm thrilled that Zoom is working to solve the problem of not being able to work in person because it really benefits me. The new features they've added make my life so much easier - I don't have to worry about coordinating complex meetings or spending too much time setting them up!
Super easy and convenient especially when I used it during COVID 19 for my college courses
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing for doing group work and doing interviews for work. Also got to do a one-on-one with two of my favorite actors in the world during the pandemic and I absolutely love Zoom. Also used it for a virtual college graduation party!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Zoom is great and simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long distance calls with my family in Australia. A way to do virtual interviews for work as needed

What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom because it is extremely intuitive. I work with adult students, sometimes elderly, and Its not uncommon for them to figure out where to go on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do not like about zoom is how different the interface can be across different devices, especially when it comes to Share settings and annotate settings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Zoom solves for me the best is the ability to control an entire classroom full of students. I have access to mute and video functions and can spotlight people and save the chat. Things that come in super handy when lesson planning for the next term.
Brings communities together
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is bringing our work community together. When you have employees and different parts of the country and across the world being able to see each other and hear each other real time has been quite an asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found to zoom are minor connection issues. When you're in the middle of hosting a meeting with 30 people and your screen locks up, it can be frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HOA meetings going virtual via zoom, it has solved the problem of no quorum for meetings as homeowners are more likely to click a button and join from their living room and get in the car to drive to a meeting. Having a platform so easy to access has been key with community relations.
Zoom is one of the best conversation software which helps a lot to deal with business purpose.

Easy and fast to use which helps to complete the office work quickly and without any errors even if the person is away from the location.Everyone should try for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no specific dislike about zoom as I did not find or had any difficulties using this software. Everything is up to the mark only. No negative comments.Thank you.

Zoom helps to complete and easy to interact with the business partner if at all they are not in the same locations. One of the best conversation software i have found .
Quick and easy for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The simple yet powerful user interface makes Zoom one of the top Conferencing software in the IT industry. Still, what makes it best is its performance and capacity to hold large crowds for any bridge calls, be it large-scale enterprise networks to small startups.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could have been better is the free account features like the option to extend the meeting duration for 10-15 mins rather than the meeting getting ended abruptly after 60 mins

The major problem with conferencing and training is the option to save them, and Zoom provides it by recording the session and keeping a local copy or to its cloud. This enables users to opt for Zoom over other major software.
Perfect for large audience meetings

Zero lag quality, HD sound, video and screen shares.
What do you dislike about the product?
browser based can be faster. However, overall zero complaints.

Fast connectivity between team mebers are reliable HD quality.
Zoom is a great global connetivity option but still have some details to check upon.

Zoom is very easy to access, user friendly , and contains features like Virtual Working Spaces and an online whiteboard, making it stand out from other video conferencing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on features and access in a free plan, network connectivity issues, easy to zoom bomb and constant allegations of low data privacy are drawback areas that requires attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has improved a lot on its network connectivity issues, it has also worked a lot on comment control, and the introduction of features like virtual whiteboards has made it more user-friendly. Now it is easy to connect, communicate and learn through Zoom
Soothed my fears
What do you like best about the product?
How quick it was to set up and start using it in a professional way. Old fears of video drivers failing and other video hangups were gone with Zoom. It installs quick and guides you to a workable product with a couple of clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but it should have more options for background scenes. Possibly provide a side tool that lets a quick edit of a backdrop.

A quick tool for connecting businesses or family. Very useful to the less tech savy crowd.
Great application for online meetings

It is convinient fast and if you use it for 45 minutes its free

After 45 minutes you have to have premium account
