Zoom: For reliable video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
As a Staffing professional who virtually meets with candidates on a daily basis, I utilize Zoom and consistently rely on their conferencing tools and features. Before the pandemic, we were having candidates physically interviewing at our office. However, shortly after the pandemic started, we realized that the only realistic way to meet with people was through Zoom. Utilizing Zoom has streamlined our processes and allotted us more time to meet with more candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike about Zoom. It's been beneficial throughout the years. I'm sure if I had a complaint, I'd be able to receive assistance by reaching out to the customer service team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's given us more time to meet with more candidates for the positions we're trying to fill through our office. I would not be able to meet with nearly as many people daily if I met with them in person. I like that I'm able to record the interviews so I can go back and review their answers.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom in my personal and professional life! I think it's really the backbone of video conferencing. It's great for our large Corp calls and I utilize it in a manager training course as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally only use it on the receiving end. I'm not super well versed in utilizing the system and I think I often have audio and connection issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for connecting large groups of people and sharing information across our Corp network. I enjoy the capability of doing breakout rooms and then coming back to the whole call.

It is a simple efficient way to do video communications in the company. allowing us to schedule & quickly set up a meeting with any number of participants we want

I find the tool to have no clear downside, after using it a lot I feel that I got used to it but it might be good to aim to make the tool even more simple to use.

It allows us to have video conferences with many users, share the screen and present & also record if needed in a scalable and easy way.

Zoom is well-suited for remote teams who need to collaborate on projects and communicate in real-time.

Chat window needs more improvement - personal view
When an user sharing their screen during the meeting, screen goes fullscreen by auto, thats weird when we are in different screen.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom does a good job in filtering background noises and highlighting the current speaker.
As the remote working becomes a norm even after the pandemic, remote meeting platforms such as Zoom become import tools for our daily working. We use Zoom for our daily standup meeting and more.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom are the cute little emojis. And how easy it is to control everything. So that students don't mess with me while I'm speaking or screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
How Hard it is for co-workers to get on and be on time. But otherwise, everything is sorta fine. Mosstly. Kinda. Yeah. Well...... OK, How about we WE get on with this?.?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me still have meetings even when my co-workers or I am not in town or can't come over because they have to stay home because they are sick or babysitting.

What do you like best about the product?
We can call it as a people connector , it's easy to connect officially with people and it has rapid update within a week it gets updated day by day .I can say zoom is one of the top product ever lanched to communicate
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have any other wrong opinion about zoom, all the way I'm happy to use 90% am satisfied with zoom . Already it's updating day by day ,I think this is a product professional can use without any worries

I'm a recruiter in that way I connect candidates via zoom . I always schedule meeting through zoom and connect with candidate and it is usefull to educate about interview process through screensharing

What do you like best about the product?
it's free and easy to set up. The free version is pretty decent and is enough for my use. Video quality is probably best compared to other platforms I have used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version cuts you off after 30 minutes which is a bit annoying. You can still use the same link again but it's a little frustrating. Also, it's a bit confusing to schedule a video meeting without you being the host and having to start it.

it enables me to meet clients and candidates easily and for free (I work in recruitment). We also use it for our organisation as a conferencing tool. There are other providers which would do the same tbh but it's the most common one.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps us meet with clients all over the globe. We may not be able to meet in person, but we can share our screens and have full meetings without leaving our homes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the internet is not storng its hard to video chat and share your screen. It not really zooms fault, it just makes it harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with our clients face to face. A lot of things can be mis communicated in writing like tone. When you share a screen with someone, you can see their personality.

Zoom's capability of pausing and stopping video recording as we like along with the ability to have private chats within the meeting with participants and the quality of the Call itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are lags when network isn't proper but that's evident of any tool and not just zoom. For unlicensed users, the Meeting ends in 30 mins and that could be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability of conveying demonstrations on the product clearly to the customer is seemlessly done with the help of zoom and that benefits my day to day roles a lot.
