Easy to use and Quick to connect
What do you like best about the product?
Good Audio and /video experience with the option to share screens easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Gets disconnected sometimes and tries to reconnect even if the network isn't fluctuating

Zoom helps to share my screen to help clients understand our platform and see what their problem statement is
An amazing software for conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It is seamless to use and has a very user friendly UI which makes it a go-to software for all conferencing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, just that it does not allow to minimize the conference link
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving all our tele-conferencing needs and also helps us to have client meetings over it, and the seamless option of screensharing acts as a key in our meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can set backgrounds on Zoom. It keeps whatever setting you're in a more professional look, which I appreciate greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can say I dislike about Zoom.

Zoom is aiding my interview screening process on behalf of my company Sandbox VR, to fill vacancies in positions available.
Great Video Conferencing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great for remote video conferencing and team collaboration whether on a PC or mobile device. Video and audio quality are always good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many customization options and there are some privacy and security concerns around this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaborate remotely. We have team members all over the country in different time zones so this brings ease of being able to communicate at any time at any place.

Very simple to use, you can download a file to start working on Zoom or you can use a web page without any downloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow when opening or gets stuck when it is opening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom managed to resolve issues in a few countries when it was a bit hard to use the platform for business. It was hard to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
How it links those who reside far apart. The Interface is simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing bad has been found. I'm hoping it will stay that way in the future as well.

Communication with others. I am a software engineer and i need to communicate with my team members, for that i use zoom only.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent platform for video call conferences and meetings. It works excellently. Very easy to connect with people in all countries. Easy to send a message, and we can use this app on all devices like mobile systems and laptops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is at least in this. I like everything in this. Because it benefits me and makes my profession very easy and reaches in better way.so zoom is z handy platform for me, and I hope it helps everyone's profession.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our meeting problem. Because we can't be able to arrange meetings immediately for 500 members, still, we can conduct an appointment through zoom, which saves time and place, and its result will be better without stress.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a free service that allows you to hold video conversations and meeting with friends, family, colleagues. Zoom makes it really easy to use its platform and it is allowing individuals to use it for their purposes whatever they may be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it could have more functions within itself. Overall it is a very good system and it works most of the time. most issues caan probably be narrowed down to user issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of being able to communicate with people who are in different locations easily. it allows me to schedule meetings ahead of time and invite individuals to ensure that work is getting done ad there is no way something is miscommunicated becasue there is also a record option.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the many things i like about Zoom is that it is easy to use.It is designed to be user-friendly, even first-time users can quickly understand how to start and join meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from minor security concerns, i dont have any such dislikes for Zoom

Zoom solves the problem of people to communicate and collaborate from anywhere in the world, by overcoming geographical barriers and time constraints
Zoom makes it easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is very much helpful in sharing important stuff that too with presentations and white boards. Easy to use. The best thing is it also allows messeging to share pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The queality of video gets reducee all of sudden. Audio quality problem arises sometimes. Apart from that evary option is quite good. I really love it

I started to use it from lockdown. It broke all doors between the users. I learnt many things and interested in using it.
