What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and to connect with friends.

Very unprofessional theme and voice quality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with more and more people and saving time too. Sharing of knowledge becomes very easy and intractable. I really like taking here as after updates it has become very promising.

What do you like best about the product?
Goodness! This is so astounding and I thank Zoom for being with us in these days. I like it especially because my little girl is also doing her classes on it. Sometimes it doesn't work due to connection issues, but it's fine with me. During the Coronavirus time, it also helped us a lot, and I am very grateful to Zoom. Business work can also be done on this platform. We can do group study if you are studying in school. We can use the whiteboard to clarify the students' doubts if you are a teacher.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works perfectly! Yet, the reality is that there is no dark mode highlight working in the application and this is horrible! I have specs and that too high power... what's more, working around evening time has turned into an aggravation for me! It gives my eyes eye strains which later affects my sleep and work progress...it would be BETTER if you make a feature built into the actual application... CAN'T continue searching for ways to make it happen. It is something your application should essentially provide without anyone mentioning it. Though the application is indeed incredible!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is an amazing tool in terms of online studies. It really helps us reduce the cost of traveling in order to join a class and learn new skills. I personally am able to work at home and also associate with my colleagues as I also study via the same application. This is a really great solution that Zoom has provided for me over the years.
Simple, effective, organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start instant meetings. More controls as a host which comes handy whenever there is a larger audience. Whiteboard options give freedom to narrate thoughts. All the added functions such as scheduling meetings helps to maintain a proper decorum.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such till now. If I find anything will share my reviews definitely.

Bringing meeting rooms, class rooms to our friendly devices. Inviting ease of knowledge transfer and connecting people also solving sensitive and informative decision making moments in just few clicks or taps.

A good internet connection is required, otherwise it disconnects a lot.

The thing I like best about Zoom is that the video and sound quality are always top notch.

The least helpful thing about Zoom would be the interface.

Zoom is solving that I have constant background noise, and it makes sure that the background noise doesn't translate into my meetings!
It is easy to organize something with a bunch of people from different places.

it's easy to use, which means I am less likely to have to troubleshoot for people

The downside to easily accessible tends to mean fewer features then other products.

Training people in multiple locations on a system has not been this is in the past
Zoom is a great Video Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom because you can change your background, smooth your appearance, and there is break out rooms for team meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the camera quality could be a little bit better, I noticed that compared to TEAMS its a lower quality.

Having group meetings with break-out rooms has been very helpful during sessions with my whole team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can share your screen with others, it is a clear interface, and it is a seamless way to collaborate with people. Ever since working from home, it has been an essential tool in connecting with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some things. Sometimes, they are way too many updates, the settings are not that clear, and people and I complain about there being issues in connecting. There are some audio issues as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with people within my organization as well as clients. It helps with training new members of the team as I can screenshare. I also like the chat function within the video-conferencing tool so that if people are not comfortable to speak out on the call, they can just type out responses or questions.
