What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best and it makes meetings and communication very easy as it follow Covid 19 regulations .It also to keep section of the company in contact with its employers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advantages and disadvantages of Zoom spin around its capacity to smooth out big business correspondence and convey something very similar, reliable experience for all utilization cases. Its convenience, top notch video, and fresh sound are serious areas of strength for its. In any case, Zoom could be requesting for some PC

User Friendly - Great way to stay in touch virtually
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, fast to login, can connect with many people at once, a lot of good features. Multi-use platform (phone, computer, etc) Love Whiteboard feature for team meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about -prices are a little high, but the Basic version does offer alot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from home -allows us to connect and use whiteboard feature and screen sharing so we can collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to use. Good amount of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes annoying you need to download / update to latest version of the app before using.

When needing to present a screen to do a run-through or a presentation w colleagues etc.
Great Video Meeting Platfom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is super simple to use and has a lot available on the free version making it very easy for businesses to access the platform without impacting them on a financial level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit on the free version does not allow you to continue to pass 45 minutes, meaning you must stick to your 45 minutes for any conference or meeting which other services offer free unlimited meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has come a long way since it became a necessity of everyday life it has come leaps and bounds to be where it is at today, but the traffic on the site is a lot more streamlined.
Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
It does exactly what I need it to. Most of the UI is pretty easy to navigate. I like that it integrates with a variety of platforms like Fathom and Google Calendar so that it reduces a lot of friction as a Virtual Assistant. It's made working remotely and communicating over long distances much more accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a live caption feature like Google Meets. The auto-recording feature can be touch and go. The most annoying thing about using it is launching the meeting. It always takes me in this roundable cycle of waiting for the browser page to open and then launch the Zoom software, confirming I'm the host by logging in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite all the things I nitpick about it, it's ushering a change in the working landscape. People are able to connect with others for professional and personal reasons. It's filling the gap that the previously leading video conference software of the early 2000s left. It offers mostly high quality calls and recordings. Just using the free tier alone to conduct business gets the job done.
It does what it needs to do!

Zoom provides a necessary medium for speaking with a decentralized workforce for companies that do not use Microsoft Office Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to Zoom's affiliation with the chinese government not all of my customers will collaborate over zoom and I have to use WebEx.

Using zoom is so easy I like most the simplifying video conferencing experience

Zoom settings and chat window needs greate attension and improvement.

Zoom is very quick video conferencing app and it can be used instantly when required even if it is not installed as it has very less overheads and installation setup is fast.
Easiest to use - good meeting and webinar hosting solution
What do you like best about the product?
Has a very good free tier, economical, and is easy to get started with. Setting up meetings and webinars is very easy and the interface is intuitive. Offers live streaming to social media which can be useful in increasing reach. Webinars can be made available on-demand with a single click. The customer service is super responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of new features are rolled out so the functionalities are frequently moved to new tabs, and there is a learning curve attached. However, they have this prominently documented and have a great KB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing reach globally which is a big boon for small businesses and startups, able to connect with people conveniently and record and download important meetings.

Great connection, clear sound, great picture quality, love the chat settings, meeting functions easy to use!!

I cant think of anything that is wrong woth Zoom
