Zoom Workpace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is a one top shop for all of our business needs. This makes it seamless for our staff and something everyone is excited about using.
What do you dislike about the product?
With updated very often, sometimes it is hard to keep up with the changes and they take us by surprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issue of trying to explain things over phone only with screensharing in chat. You can jump on a screenshare and see directly what the other person is looking at.

Zoom Workplace Works as advertised
What do you like best about the product?
The Ease of use is great on zoom workplace, very simple home screen with 4 buttons and upcoming meetings. That is all you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the contact page appearance. I believe it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having meeting with users in different locations benefits our organization because it allows us to collaborate without needing to travel.
Zoom is easy to use and super versatile
What do you like best about the product?
All the functions and features for both phone calls and meetings is in one place making it super eassy to track and manage. We have all the functionality of a traditional phone network even though the team is fully remote. It's super cost effective too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything to add here - loving zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all have phone extensions so cannot provide anumber for texting. Many of the banks that we need to access to provide bookkeeping services for our customers require a number for texting double authentication texts.

It is an easy to use product. Our organization uses this everyday as our main phone system and we have no issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, have not found a downside to using Zoom.

It is solving our VoIP phone issues.

Enhanced Collaboration Features and Unified Communications Platform fir video meetings, phone calls, and messaging into a single interface. The Branding Customization. Customer support is awesome!

Sometimes my meetings don't sync with my calendars

Zoom gives me a unified platform for all the employees at this company so chat, talk and collaborate on projects around the globe.

Zoom is well organized and provides key management pieces that help me keep track of my employees and their activities in a very precise way.

Lots of different admin entry points, but working through them.

Visible Calling on your Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Having Zoom Workplace on my desktop makes it easy access phone calls and messaging while you're in the process of doing other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better Bluetooth headset options available for mobile answering.

Quick messaging to co-workers and clients.

We are able to all contact in one seamless way. The admin settings make it easy to manage users who have issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited recording space can make it difficult to manage

We are a hybrid team. Some folks work from HQ but most work from home or anywhere they choose. Having zoom makes our work and collaboration equitable across the team.
