Best meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and simple to use and very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a good messaging and conferencing platform for all kinds of meeting purposes such as team connects, seminars, classes and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to be very honest which i can dislike about zoom, It's going in right direction and have a good future ahead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving all the problems like connecting with people, Address the large audience in a single go and present the content by screen share to all.

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great for communicating. The picture and audio is clear and the software is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything about zoom that I didn't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with colleagues across the country. We rarely have an opportunity to meet in person so this makes our meetings convenient and helps our productivity, and increases our overall performance.
Zoom's a great tool, but for education there are better choices
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's interface is easy to use but still gives you a lot of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version limits your calls to something like 40 minutes and it's too expensive for my school district to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows people in various locations to be able to meet when it is convenient.
Zoom still isn't quite as good as Teams but has improved
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has improved its integrations with Google Workspace, and slightly with Outlook. I also like the Zoom Whiteboard feature, which is easier than sharing my screen and using something like PowerPoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit is still very annoying, and this is not a limitation of Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables us to meet virtually with clients, other team members, and with students (for training courses & seminars). This enhances our productivity considerably - roughly 30% more than doing the meetings face-to-face.
Zoom for Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because it synches with my calendar to automatically be added to meetings. I like the filters as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with Zoom. It really has all the features I'm looking for.

Zoom allows me and my co-workers to meet virtually and share screen.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to integrate. Schedules and sends Zoom link to appointment.

Nothing I can think of. Everything is good.

Ease of scheduling and confirming appointments without having to go between multiple products.

The meetings can be extended and it is the easiest platform to use for video calling and multiple meetings as well as allowing up to 100+ people on one call

It crashes, re updates, and video stops working at times

Excellent tool for work-from-home

Ease of download and use, perfect for meetings while working from home.

No downsides that I can think of. I've never had any issues with video or audio.

Zoom allows me to communicate effectively in real time with managers and coworkers, regardless of location. It's a useful tool for working remotely.
Excellent and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It feature, zoom provide me with the option to remotely share my screen and also record meeting, which has made it easy for me to muti task and also go back to review meeting later.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dont like about Zoom is that it closes the session when I change machines as a host, although I understand that it is a security measure which has been place in place to protect my data.

Distance, I don't have to be physically present at every meeting or the office. With zoom I could track everything going on. It has relieve me from stress.
