Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
The Webinar feature automatically allows donors to be muted (less work for us).
What do you dislike about the product?
Older donors don't really understand the nuances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with our donors during COVID was a huge advantage. It sped up when we thought fundraising would slow down, but we were ready for it.

What do you like best about the product?
The prince and the fact that it is free. The video quality has always been good for the meetings i have used it for. I think the platform is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that i don't really care for is the fact that you get bumped off on the free version after so many minutes. I do understand that is how they make their money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really the biggest one is being able to be somewhere when i can't especially during covid. It has been a great way to connect even for a short meeting or a longer meeting too.
Just works - but beginners stand out a mile
What do you like best about the product?
It does most things you'd expect a video conferencing app to do and you'll rarely experience drop-outs or issues connecting to calls. It handles low bandwidth really well and I have seldom experienced any call-derailing latency issues, like other video calling platforms where buffering causes a sudden 'catch up' of speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recordings are not locally recorded so if you experience a data glitch during a call, this will show up in the recording, even when recording to the cloud. It would be better if Zoom locally recorded everyone's audio and merged these in the cloud when a host is recording to cloud (ideal for a podcast workflow)
There is still very little control over how video is recorded - if you're a host and you're scrolling across checking peoples' cameras during a recording in speaker view, this will show in your recording.

Hosting online meetups and webinars was a breeze once we figured out our way around the platform - the various options for registration meant we could bypass our events platform entirely when all we needed was something simple.

An one stop place for all you virtual communications
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. We can set a username and password so that we can have the meetings private. Free of cost. Many people can be added to meetings. We can schedule a meeting at a specific time. Suites for windows, mac, and mobile app
What do you dislike about the product?
It Consumes more data. The HD quality is not satisfactory. When a meeting is recorded, it requires nearly 1GB of storage. The subscription plans are not affordable to small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a very small team with amazing team works to do. This was achievable through zoom calls. Client calls can be done smooth with the option to record the meeting and play it back whenever needed. The screen-sharing feature was very helpful.

I like the best thing about zoom is that it's easy to use and cool /UI/UX design.

I dislike the thing about zoom that we can't use the zoom smoothly on our browser.

The best feature of zoom is that it is very easy to use and almost all the people knows this platform. It supports mobile, tablet, laptop and all platform.

The thing which most people disliking about zoom is that it allows only 1 hour meeting and then meeting got ended automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When peoples are at home but want to work with another at that zoom helps, people can meet each other and also share the screen and show the work done to other over zoom
