Zoom is good for advanced features in meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It has more features than other products I use (Mainly Google Meets). I like that it allows me to control who shares screen, pre set meeting settings, and set up break out rooms. I also enjoy the new "touch up my appearance" feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to send in a calendar invite from Gmail. I use google meets usually for quick meetings because it is so easy to just click a button to add a video link to a calendar invite straight from the calendar. For zoom I have to open the zoom platform, copy and paste the invite, and then save. Not worth it for a quick convo I am scheduling!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use zoom for both team meetings and scheduling webinar events. I like it for recurring large group meetings and like that I can control a waiting room as the host.

Easy to use and for the most part it does not glitch

Have to re-log in when using a different computer

Quick metings saves on travel time for face to face.
Perfect Replacement for In person Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It records the meeting and the saved file is accessible and easily shared to people but is secure enough that only your intended recipients can view the links that you send.
What do you dislike about the product?
The windows popping up and taking the active desktop instead of remaining on the backhround is annoying. This happens 3 times pero zoom meeting start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for face to face meetings.
Zoom makes my life and work so much easier every day!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the most about Zoom is very easy to set up and use. I also like the simplicity of using it with other applications. Its seamless integration with Google Calendar, Calendly, and Fathom is a great help in setting up meetings and making notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to decide on the quality of each individual video right before saving its recording into my computer - for example, the videos that I will not repurpose for my social media posts, etc, do not need to be of high quality, while the ones I create video clips, marketing materials with require higher resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have people from all over the world attend my training sessions, workshops, and meditation sessions. Without Zoom, my reach would be very narrow but with Zoom, I have the ability to meet with anyone, anywhere in the world.
Good riddance to conference calls!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best tool to build instant rapport and connection with people. I also love the ability to easily screen share for both 1-1 and group meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is that Zoom makes my computer run very slowly, especially if I am sharing my screen to show something online.

I can work with clients anywhere thanks to Zoom.
Great for video conferencing with 80+ people conveniently

Easy to use and join a meeting without signing in to the tool.

Nothing, Zoom was very helpful for team meetings.

It helps in seamless online meetings with clients and teammates and sharing screens for illustration and discussion purposes.
Great video conferencing with fun ways to keep things interesting in the remote work world
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that Zoom offers quality background noise filtering in active calls, I also appreciate that we can add our own backgrounds. There are fun video filters to keep things entertaining too, plus an "immersive" view where all participants can be digitally superimposed into a tableau. In a recent update, there's now also the ability to reply and react to comments in the chat--making conversation more productive in the side-bar or more inclusive depending on the experience happening
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest "complaint" I have about Zoom is how the home window chooses to resize after I restart my computer (I use a laptop + external monitor). I enjoy the smallest footprint that I can keep next to an open browser tab for my email. The other thing I've had to work around is the microphone quality when I'm using headphones, where I must use the computer's built-in microphone. (Granted, that could say more about my headphones than Zoom.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to see other humans during my workday. As a remote employee, video conferencing is the only way I get to have "in-person" talks with the other members of my product teams. I am benefitted by having a reliable and immediate way of connecting with my coworkers when we need to discuss requirements, have daily stand-ups -- in amongst all of the other meetings I participate in.

now most of us are working from home and zoom has become an essential app to have meetings and gatherings, events ...etc.

Perfect for Internal and External Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive, easy, and reliable compared to other e-meeting solutions. Picture and sound quality are consistently clear compared to other products, even when dealing with lower bandwidth and weaker wifi signal quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much to dislike from the end-user point of view. The only negative feedback I can really think of is that the recorded meetings take a long time to export following a call but that's really it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When my company went fully remote, Zoom was used to facilitate the high number of meetings we were expected to attend each day. The transition was seamless and the company didn't skip a beat going from an in-office model to fully remote almost overnight.
