ZOOM meetings is the gold standard
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, easy to customize and great software for applications and add-ons. I love its easy to use, and they're always innovating to improve meetings, notes, and sharing information.

not as integrated in the ecosystem as teams, & is a paid item for most business teams.

Zoom includes occasional security and privacy concerns, limited meeting duration for free accounts, and a reliance on stable internet connections for optimal performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to conduct high-quality virtual meetings, presentations, and webinars, with a wide range of advanced features that enhance collaboration, such as screen sharing and annotation tools. Zoom also provides a whiteboard feature that allows me to collaborate on sketches and ideas in real-time. Furthermore, Zoom's integrations with other applications like Slack streamline communication and enable seamless collaboration across different teams. Lastly, Zoom's breakout room feature is ideal for me, as it allows me to break up a unit into smaller groups to work on projects and review progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very good. The features used for sharing screen and muting participants at ease. The sharing can be restricted to a specific person. Also, we have the option to request control of the presenter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of it. Zoom disconnects the meeting in 40 minutes if more than two members interact. The free version can be placed either for a longer duration or increase the number of participants min to four.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For virtual meetings across the country. Viewing the presenters working from anywhere and being able to rectify the same on the spot. The clarity is spot on. The audio also i the best i have seen.
"Zoom" best meeting app
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simple it is to install on a laptop or mobile device, as well as how simple it is to use. I also appreciate the ability to periodically record calls, which is something I need. I've even used it occasionally to conduct one-on-one meetings while making exercise videos for my customer. Compared to my phone's camera app, the picture and sound are clearer. The password makes it secure as well, and even the cheapest premium edition is inexpensive and offers a tonne of extra features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be sluggish at times and occasionally fails to recognise my headphones. It's typically simple to fix because I use a variety of headsets and microphones, but it would be nice if the automatic detection always worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a well-known platform that makes it simple to connect, and since I work remotely with individuals from all over the world, it's useful. I can simply insert a link into a chat to enable impromptu calls, which I occasionally require. It provides me with a straightforward method of managing my coaching business without the need to become very tech-savvy.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Zoom is straightforward, so anyone can use it without any complications. We have to download the app and instantly get on a video call. Other apps do not have such an easy user interface with such features.
What do you dislike about the product?
This service should have a minimum limit of at least 60 minutes. On the free version, we only get 30 minutes, which is way less, and most people will not take a subscription which needs the app for a limited period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use, and in our work, we can easily ask the technician to download the app so that he can share with us the real-time updates of the site he is working on.

Having the option to have meeting virtually when in-person is not an option for everyone.

I can't think of a reason that I dislike about using Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
The latest introduce of white board feature is one of the best where many other meetings application do not have, which makes me easier to explain all my tasks.

There is nothing much I dislike about it, it's a fine and good application but it has some limitations like it can be able to join only like 100-200 people at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many things I like about it one of the main feature is white board feature which feels like I am teaching or explain as board in my school and college.
Great Virtual Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the greatest meeting platform I have ever found. I am a student and my classes are always on zoom the best part is that the video quality of zoom is so great. There are a lot of advantages that I got is I can easily share my screen and do an instant meeting when I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is going fine, but I am facing some challenges when I use zoom the network capacity may be increased, as well as the sound quality also. Also in mobile I am not able to do full screen when I am in meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me a lot, I can easily meet with my teams and work on projects together. The best part is that I can share my screen and also annotate my team's screens.

There is a concern about the security and privacy of Zoom. This is particularly relevant in the context of sensitive business meetings and personal conversations, as well as the recent rise in "Zoom-bombing" incidents where uninvited participants disrupt Zoom meetings. There have also been concerns about the technical reliability of the platform, with crashes, frozen screens, and other issues during meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom in solving the problem of remote communication and collaboration. With the widespread adoption of remote work and virtual meetings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for a reliable and user-friendly virtual communication platform has skyrocketed. It is benefiting me personally for attending the class and doing video conferencing with fellow batchmates and able to share the screen.
