Zoom is Greate App! I have had ever use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best Platform for meeting anyone around the globe. It's very helpful for me as well as Industry professionals. It's the best Platform for Online meetings I have ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's time they just Gave 40 min.
and sometimes due to the latest update, the camera was a little lag.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to connect to my online class from my Home, I don't need to go to class.
my classes are not at Bangloore and I am living in Aurangabad Maharashtra nearly the distance between my class and me is more than 2000 Km but due to zoom it's no need to go there.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is ubiquitously used across universities and professional institutions, which makes it streamlined to utilize for video conferencing. It is a very user-friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the methods of sharing meeting invitations. There should be a way to add emails in the Zoom program when setting up the meeting, which would allow an auto-invite to be sent, which could include a button to add to the person's calendar in their respective email platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to meet with peers and mentors without travel, which is extremely helpful for collaboration within the field of science. I save time because I am not constantly traveling to meetings or seminars.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the annotate feature in zoom which is very unique in video conferencing apps. It helps me to explain concepts or topics to the team effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes due to low bandwidth zoom disconnects and throws you out of the meetings. instead, zoom could auto shutdown the video streaming while on call and switch to audio-only to work on low bandwidth connections.

It helps cross geo teams collaborate over video conferencing and communicate effectively.

Zoom could benefit from incorporating a search feature similar to those found in Skype or MS Teams, which would allow users to quickly find and add friends to their contact list and initiate one-click calls, eliminating the need to generate call links.

Zoom is solving the problem of connecting people remotely, allowing them to communicate and collaborate regardless of their physical location. This has become especially beneficial during the COVID-19 pandemic when many people have had to work and socialize from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Along with the video conference and team chat it provides white board for brainstorming. The best part they introduced newly is translated captions. For example if the meeting is going on in English the other participants can see the capital in chinese, Spanish and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security of meeting needs to be improved. So that Except participants no one else can join. This could be better by putting some encryption on the meeting invitations.

Zoom has resolved the problem of webinars spoken in other languages by giving them translated captains.This was the first application which holds the IT business in terms of connecting with teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom does provide the user with a seemless experience, it is extremely easy to use, the UI does look nice and clean and you can easily switch from you laptop to your phone during a meeting in no time, also the appearance along side other settings provide a great experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that for novice users switching between the menus and settings can be challenging if they don't get along with technology maybe a tutorial for them would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings , face to face or over the phone were a hassle for me but zoom truly made this kind of experience much better, I can do a virtual demo for a product or service online with no trouble with people in other countries.
