"Excellent program for organizing online business conferences"
What do you like best about the product?
Due to the rising adoption of working remotely and virtual education, Zoom is a flexible and user-friendly video conferencing tool that has grown in popularity recently. Zoom is an excellent option for both personal and professional usage since it has a wide range of functions, including as screen sharing, virtual backdrops, and recording capabilities. In addition to supporting a variety of platforms, including desktop and mobile devices, the technology is well renowned for its dependable video and sound quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limiting Free Edition: The Zoom free version uses regulations, such as meeting duration limits and a maximum number of attendees. Customers may need to subscribe to a premium subscription if they need more sophisticated features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly utilized Zoom in scheduling internet business appointments for a maximum of two years. My director, coworkers, employers, and classmates were present at all presentations (online classes). It is a very useful media, particularly during this time of COVID-19 epidemic. It is highly safe and incredibly simple to open.

The recording is only available for three months after it the automatically removed from zoom cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use Zoom on any device for meetings. It takes seconds to set them up through the Zoom app, where you have free customization options as the host. You can enable a waiting room from where you have to permit users into the session for extra protection. You can choose whether or not you want all participants to have sharing permissions. Once a meeting has been scheduled, Zoom automatically adds it to the calendar you signed up with. With Zoom, there's zero chance you'll ever miss a session. Zoom has a plugin for web browsers where you can see all your upcoming appointments and receive notifications for received messages, files, etc. You also receive notifications on the Zoom mobile app if you have it downloaded. Since Zoom is a cross-platform software, you can also join meetings and use all of Zoom's basic features on your phone. If you're frequently traveling, Zoom is excellent for all business communications since it's portable. It's a perfect remote work platform with features to aid it, such as screen-sharing, recordings, and overall management.
What do you dislike about the product?
A harsh limit on meeting duration is what I dislike about Zoom. But if the host has a Pro subscription, we can overlook this issue.

My company requires us to work from home at present, which we've been able to accomplish using Zoom. We have meetings throughout the work days to stay on the same wavelength for software coding and code rewriting. Screen-sharing aids significantly in allowing us to show our screens in real time to the other participants. There are only so many times you can take a screenshot before it gets tiring, which is where screen-sharing comes to the rescue. Similarly, file-sharing on Zoom is excellent, quick, virus-free, and safe. There are no issues with privacy on Zoom, so we can comfortably share private and vital information during meetings or through text chat. Zoom is convenient to use anywhere, even for foreign clients, as the browser client works without needing to register. From a collaboration standpoint, Zoom is flawless as it can integrate with other apps to allow easier editing and algorithm creation. Without Zoom, remote work would have been impossible. We've managed to cut a lot of expenses from our office since we rarely use it, and the investment in Zoom has had much greater returns.

Everything is going fine but zoom has needed to upgrade at some points, just like I am facing difficulty in switching to landscape mode from mobile. The full-screen mode is not applied properly.
