Good Video conferance Application
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the on the best application for video device easy to use , great quality audio video. easy to acces and many more facility which is given by zoom in freeware also.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i was on live session with my client that time i want see the video in youtube at the same time but I cannot hear anything on youtube audio because at the same time zoom live video session is on. i have not seen any option to decrease the live video session on zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Quick video conferencing Zoom is the best app and resolved all my problem because it has many feaure like presenting and recording wich i want to use in daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like many of these. It lets the online person. It sends a message to the person who is not online . The audio quality while having a call is good. Some times people like to message and do not always have a call with other people, so that time this feature is good to have, and even the emojis have good texture
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have even an offline feature to text a person who doesn't have the internet to use the app and message someone online on zoom who has internet .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Zoom screen share option is good because it helps me know what problems my colleagues face. And the background removal or adding different background is very nice because it helps me to stop showing the mess around me

For me the best thing on Zoom is the low resource consumption and being able to hop on mobile so fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you may come across some annoying bugs, but moslty can be resolved by exitiing and rejoining the call.

It helped me attendning online courses with quality.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the covid 19 pandemic, I continued my master's courses with the help of the Zoom platform.I was much more productive because I managed to complete the courses, to keep in touch with my colleagues. This has greatly benefited students by providing them with access to education and resources from anywhere, at any time.

Zoom is the first tool/product in the market after skype, which made it easy life of people to communicate virtually via video or audio mode; earlier, it was one to one communication channel only, but now, after the pandemic, it has changed a lot, and you can talk to multiple people simultaneously in a single meeting invite
What do you dislike about the product?
The area of improvement in zoom is that they could start working on providing user functionality to communicate through the browser, just like Microsoft teams and hangout tools. In those tools, we don't need to download setup & exe files, and the user can directly start interacting with a provided link on the browser tab.

Zoom helps us to save time, and they are creating ease of user's life by making such like software through that you don't need to travel a mile and can interact from your home

Best professional online meeting app out there
What do you like best about the product?
I use it regaulrly in my professional setting. I love how easy it is to share screen and allow others to take control of my screen. Easy navigation to different options :)
What do you dislike about the product?
HD video is not the standard. Although this may not have a greater impact but it would be good if the video quality is improved. You need to download the app without which it won't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was major issue with zoombombing. But since then it has been taken under control. Also an option to lock the meeting has given an added benefit towards security.
