Zoom as a big part of our operational alignment for a remote team
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps us connected, and able to operate fully remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too pricey, but other than that it is an amazing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our company is 95% remote, we always need to be connected daily in order for us to be operational. And Zoom fulfills this.

Easy to use and integrated services that allow for ease of use

Cost is a factor for our business when using zoom

Helps with video conferencing with interactive features that allow for engaging video calls.
Zoom Workplace is good
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, can schedule meetings and sync them with Google Calendar. Has a lot of useful features and anaylytic reports

Sometimes I send an invite for one meeting and the person joining ended up in a different meeting that was going on at the same time in our organization

Solving communication issue of communicating with people from around the world

Reliability is what I like best. Zoom products have always been reliable

The thing I like least is that once you add on a feature, even if you only need it for a short period of time, you are locked in for that feature until your renewal

Our business involves alot of work from home employees. Zoom is helpful to bring us together as a team. Also, we rely on zoom to bring our clients together with their customers remotely.
Efficient, user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It has been the virtual program that my user base has had the least amount of issues. Effecient use of screen space by providing functionality while not being overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amount of updates requiring an updated client in order to join a meeting. Has caused issues for users that do not plan ahead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous video conferencing solution began having issues with ease of use and external participants. We also had no option for large virtual meetings, our company uses zoom for corporate wide meetings that have benefited us as a whole.

Higher computer requirements than most video meeting software.
