What do you like best about the product?
best about Zoom Workplace is its simplicity and reliability. It brings meetings, chat, calls, and collaboration tools into one easy-to-use platform, which improves productivity and communication. The stable performance, high audio/video quality, and seamless integration with calendars and other tools make collaboration efficient, whether working remotely or in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is generally effective, occasional connectivity or performance issues can occur, especially on lower bandwidth networks. Some advanced features are available only in higher-tier plans, which can increase costs. Additionally, managing notifications across chat, meetings, and calls can sometimes feel overwhelming, and deeper customization options for workflows and integrations could be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace makes remote working easier by letting us connect anytime despite being in different geographic locations. It includes different tools like a whiteboard that can be accessed on a single platform. Plus, even with low bandwidth, I can join calls quickly thanks to its network enhancing features. The control over what should or shouldn't be done for the creator leaves me with peace of mind. The whiteboard is particularly useful for explaining things manually by writing or drawing. Network enhancing features are a savior when WiFi lets me down. Having control over the platform is important because it helps manage distractions and noise in public meetings. The initial setup is quite simple; you just download, log in with email, and go through the tutorials. Additionally, setting up your profile is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the UI when compared to Gmeet. So that could be improved.

Zoom Workplace makes remote working easier by allowing us to connect anytime anywhere. It helps explain ideas with a whiteboard, reliable network even with low bandwidth, and has creator controls to avoid distractions.

Zoom workplace app is one of the best apps and with this app you can organize meetings online for school colleges and for offices

The time given for the meeting is very short that is 40 minutes free..but if you want unlimited time you have to pay for it

The new IA integrated takes Good and accurate notes of the meetings

The design still looks messy and it’s a little slow at the beginning

Taking notes allows to pay more attention to the meeting and copying the notes later or the recording for later

I like the clear video showing. many can join the chat, clear sound many options features to choose from. Ease to share the link and and u can always used the same link to join

easy to use, effective, does not break, ability to easily switch between mobile and computer

nothing to be honest, sometimes i have seen some meetings say the link is invalid but i am sure that is an error or link getting expired, not a platform issue by itself

ability to connect virtually with customers and recording of those meetings

The management is easy and the performance is smooth and fluent.

There are a few issues when using this on Linux, particularly with microphone compatibility. I have experienced some problems getting the microphone to work properly.
