One of the best VC platforms
What do you like best about the product?
what I like about Zoom is that it is easy to join a meeting and generate different rooms for the users, also Zoom has touch-up filters for lighting and appearance
What do you dislike about the product?
it has little cloud storage (1GB) when competitors offer 10GB. neither does the basic plan offer to take surveys. Sometimes I find it difficult to manage the settings For users too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to connect in real time with colleagues from all over the world and Zoom helps us with this mission. We've done VC, trainings and sales using this platform

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is efficient and easy to navigate when attending team meetings or to take sessions with the audience. It comes with various options to make the online meetings engaging and hassle-free

The free time can be extended as many smaller meetings get interrupted in between due to tie limits

Zoom helps us to connect with our students to deliver online classes and get feedback from them. Zoom also helps us to have virtual meetings with clients and employees who are far from the office

What do you like best about the product?
The most practical side of Zoom is that it allows you to record the sessions and react to your teammates' speeches. Also, it shows the history of meeting details to join the meet as quickly as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislikes of Zoom I faced are it will sometimes disconnect while you are in the meeting. Also, it would occupy your storage space if your mobile has less space capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows multiple participants to join at a time. You can also mute all participants while joining to avoid discrepancies with other participants. Meetings can also be scheduled according to your comfort.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtual meeting platform to connect with each other and grow together. We can connect together virtually, create meetings and events we can, create telephonic interviews, document share whiteboards, and record features.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI should be good, and meeting control should be high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used virtual meetings for large scale since I have done event organization. Screen Sharing, user add, remove, pin, option. Even the whiteboard is there for writing. The classroom is also available.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing i like about zoom is its popularity everyone has it because it's widely used in India during covid time for teaching , meeting , etc . And it's very easy to use and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its privacy system because in meeting no one has access to another person info they can only see their name while in the meeting . They can provide some more basic info that cannot be editable .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They recently added a new feature called private room in this feature the person who wants to join the meeting first has to get permitted by administrator of the meeting. Because of this feature lots of inconvenience reduced in the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy & free to use. It is best software for office based meetings, university lecture, online consultation, webinars, and virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It allows only 100 participants in unpaid version.

It connects me with my clients and colleagues sitting in other countries. It helped me to make virtual meetings with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best video collarbration application with great features like annotate , record , screen share for all the organisation it was a saviour for many in the pandemic

Zoom hangs a bit if the network connection fluctuates and also takes longs time to sign in . Zoom should add more integration options like Microsoft teams .apart from that it's a good application

Most reliable online meeting platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most reilable and easy to use product to organise online meeting. Zoom provides us with a lot of features like high video and audio quality, polling, emoticons, screen share, QnA, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although, zoom is a great product but there are a couple of issues which can be resolved. First is the reports generated after a meeting don't include emails. Also, the registration process is a bit tiring.

We are using zoom to organise our internal meetings in organisation. We use zoom for our scrum ceremony meetings like sprint planning, sprint retrospective and daily scrum meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the most scalable and easy to use video conferencing product in the market right now. The video and audio quality is superb. The application is cross platform and user interface is hassle free ensuring even new user can get started easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one think that could have been better is the user interface. User interface feel a bit obsolete and old. There are not customizations for users. Also, there is no white branding available for organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used zoom to organize online classes for our users. Apart from this, zoom also, enable us to host online webinars and meetings online for our internal organisation.
