What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the mustiple options available for presentation makes it a win for US!

The login page hangs a few time and also takes time to load on a few instances, hampers the overall working and kills time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom for video conferencing. The app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to start and join meetings. The quality of the video and audio is excellent, and I never experience any lag or glitches. I also appreciate the ability to share my screen and collaborate with others on documents and projects. The app is also very reliable and stable, I never have to worry about technical issues during a meeting. Additionally, it's also supported for multiple platforms such as windows, mac, Linux and mobile. I also appreciate the security features Zoom offers, such as password-protected meetings and the ability to lock a meeting in progress. Overall, Zoom is an essential tool for remote work and collaboration, I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some negative experiences with Zoom as a video conferencing app. One issue I have with it is the lack of privacy and security. I have seen instances of "Zoom-bombing" where uninvited guests have been able to join meetings and disrupt them. Additionally, I have found the app to be quite resource-intensive and it seems to slow down my computer while running it. I also have experienced some technical difficulties while using the app, such as poor video and audio quality, and connection issues. Furthermore, I find the pricing plans to be quite expensive, especially for larger groups or companies that want to use the app regularly

What do you like best about the product?
In this application we can create meeting several times using same link. There is limit of 40 min so when lecture is going on after exact time meeting gets ended so many of peoples especially students like this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the meeting is more than 40 min then we need to purchase primium service of zoom. It consumes more battery of mobile and more data is also required. Network sould be good and stable so that meeting can run smoothly and without any delay.

In corona, when all were sitting at home, zoom made people connect from various parts of country. Any kind of meeting or school and college lecture were held on zoom. The best way to communicate in quarantine was using zoom .

Zoom gets extremely expensive for hosting larger audiences as you plan such events sparsely over a long span of time. Another downside is comment control - filtering unwanted comments.

After Covid-19, the world of communication changed. Zoom came to help people everywhere. The teachers taught online, preferably using this benign software at any time from any place. Similarly, meetings and webinars kept the flow of information intact. Most of the job interviews are done through Zoom benefitting a large number of people seeking jobs from a distance. I can instantly generate a link to host an emergent conference or meeting.

2. There is a feature called 'optimize for video clip', it basically enhances the quality of video making my clients experience seamless, even if the internet connection is not that strong.

1. The meeting has a timer of 40 mins approx after that we have to restart the meeting, specially while sharing screen.
2. It was completely free in the beginning, now they charge for premium model, while it's competition is absolutely free.

Zoom has helped me a lot to connect with my clients specially in the lockdown period, it was a life saver back then. Not only this, the quality of video is better than it's competition making it one of the best solution for video conferencing. Highly recommend.
Fit but not 100% Fit

Easy to access from personal email and work email. Compatible through phone as well

Not working for all countries.I have faced issue and concerns from my clients that it doesn't work in their country
