What do you like best about the product?
Meetings are made simple with zoom, even at times with low network bandwidth voice were so clear

What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom tool for all my meetings. It is easy to setup a meeting and call quality is good. Cloud recording feature is the best so I don't need to worry about deleting my recordings after some time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime when I am doing screenshare i have experienced performance issues. My machine become slow.
If I am using only monitor and sharing my screen the actions panel takes up lot of space. Maybe some ways to hide it or make it smaller.
Zoom should also help me take quick notes so I don't need to worry about who said what or go back to recordings. It is lot of work.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy scheduling with Outlook! Easy to use on the phone! Very intuitive and easy to use. We use ALL the features for engaging virtual experiences. I wish I could chat with other hosts more easily, and send documents via chat. Overall, we love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I screen share in full screen mode, it can be hard to navigate if I am only on one screen. That may not be Zoom... might be the computer that's the problem.

The Zoom platform is easy to use, and it allows you to schedule and create meetings easily. Even sharing invite is a seamless process.

Best Video Conferencing Application
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom every day for team meetings and collaborations. It is a user-friendly and easy-to-use application with a simple and clean interface. It has good video clarity, and also I like the feature of voice to text in the recordings which are stored in cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of the Zoom application is that we cannot share multiple screens simultaneously if many individuals have to present something. Another area of improvement is that, within the main interface, an additional markup tool or laser pointer icon can be added instead of in other settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One more exciting part of Zoom is it is integrated across various applications. E.g., Zoom can be combined with Slack which is very easy to access. It is easy to write "/zoom" in slack messages and start using Zoom, which saves a lot of time in terms of opening the application itself

Zoom makes it so easy to connect with people through video and through the phone. I think more can be done to help participants who do not regularly use Zoom.

Good Software Video Conference at a cost!
What do you like best about the product?
We can record the video and share with other, as and when required. Also, it has provision to chenge the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be improved and in-build Ai Note taker application can be embedded to write Minutes of Meeting.

It is an excellent Video Conferencing solution that saves a lot of time, energy & cost compared to physical meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Meeting is an excellent platform for video conferencing and online meetings. Zoom has a screen-sharing feature in which I can share or present my screen to others to communicate effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times when Zoom meetings don't work well with my internet, I'll randomly be dropped from zoom calls without any warning. Not even able to share my screen for few times.

Zoom meeting helps people stay connected so they can do more together. From meetings, chat, phone, and webinars to online event and conference room systems etc.

It is easy to use such as sharing link and join the video conference. And also sound quality and video quality is good. It also offers variety of meeting settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there are no dislikes about it but the basic version allows less people at a time so I think you guys can upgrade this feature so this can be disadvantage in future.

It was very helpful at covid periods and also at work places for client meetings. It is compatible with different operating systems such as windows and android.
