What do you like best about the product?
The best mode of a video call and we can also send emojis and chat. It is helpful for the interviewer to send a link to the interviewee, which takes a minute only.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want zoom to be like a watsapp. Where we can do video call at any time without sharing the invitation and also at any time we can do chat and share views to each other
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companies that don't have much budget to purchase Microsoft Office 365, so I think Zoom is beneficial to them for doing the virtual meeting free of cost. So It is an easy method of a virtual meeting.

I like zoom because, it allows you to have meetings, talks, and video chats with others remotely, making it convenient for people who are not in the same place. Additionally, the fact that it is easy to use and can be used on different devices, such as computers, phones, and tablets, may also contribute to why you like Zoom. The ability to share your screen with others also makes it helpful for presentations and collaboration.

What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike Zoom is because of privacy concerns such as "zoombombing" where uninvited participants disrupt meetings. Another reason could be technical difficulties like poor audio or video quality, connectivity issues, or difficulty sharing the screen. Additionally, you may dislike the fact that the free plan has a 40-minute time limit and that you have to pay for more advanced features. Also, you may not like the lack of integrations with other tools and that it's limited to just video conferencing and doesn't offer other features such as collaboration or instant messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom for remote work and collaboration to communicate and collaborate with your teams remotely, regardless of location. Additionally, you use Zoom's video conferencing capabilities to have face-to-face meetings with clients, partners, and colleagues. The screen sharing feature allows you to easily present documents, slides, and other visual aids during meetings, and the recording feature allows you to record meetings for later reference or to share with those who couldn't attend. The ease of use and cross-platform compatibility of Zoom also makes it accessible and easy for you to use on different devices.

Compatibility with many solutions as connectors. Easy to schedule meetings and share with participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is paid for more than 40 minutes though it has some additional features. Still, if the cost is reduced, they may get more paid subscribers. Google meet in competition offers a free solution to everyone with full features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing can be done from any device like PC, Mobile, Tab etc. The quality of the video is good even at slow connections.

Another thing that I dislike is that Zoom's free version has a time limit on meetings, and if you need to have longer meetings you have to upgrade. Additionally, there have been concerns about the security of Zoom's platform, specifically the "Zoom Bombing" where uninvited participants enter into a call. It is important for users to be aware of the security features and settings in Zoom and use them to protect their meetings. Also, the background noise can be distracting during some meetings.

It is benefitting me by enabling me to have virtual meetings with people from all over the world, regardless of location. With its user-friendly interface, I can easily schedule and join meetings, share my screen and collaborate with my team. The platform's features such as breakout rooms, polls, and recording capabilities make it useful for both personal and professional use. Additionally, the platform allows me to have meetings with my team, clients, and partners without any geographical barriers. Zoom also helps to save time, money and resources by eliminating the need for in-person meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the key to productivity. It encapsulates all essential features for daily work life, like meetings, quick calls, and instant chats. You can converse with one or several people at the same time. Zoom is a cross-platform app allowing you to talk with people on your mobile if you're away from your laptop or computer. During the pandemic, Zoom became the #1 software for all business needs as its features cater heavily to producing high yields and maintaining a healthy level of communication. Its user-friendliness paved the way to make an easier transition from on-site work to remote work. With intuitive tools like screen-sharing and online whiteboarding, we can collaborate on software coding and producing content as a team. You can communicate through multiple means like calling, voice chatting, video chatting, messages, and scheduling meetings. The clarity of video in conferences is exceptional. The audio quality is impeccable, ensuring that no word spoken is misheard or unclear. Meetings are the most beneficial aspect of Zoom as they allow people to join them from anywhere, including web browsers. When we want to meet with partners who aren't predominant Zoom users, we can just send them the URL and code, using which they can join us on their browsers. Last but not least, Zoom is integratable with many software to form a complete workforce solution.

There's nothing I've found to dislike about Zoom so far.

Zoom is our complete workforce solution, through which we work in collaboration remotely. We have dedicated rooms for different teams and project work, making it easier to manage discussions and files shared and communicate effectively. Zoom is intuitive to use, especially on mobile phones, which is handy as we use it whenever we're away from our computers to share quick messages and notify one another regarding business conferences with our partners. It was an immensely helpful addition to our arsenal during the lockdowns when we couldn't work on-site due to heavy restrictions. To date, Zoom has made it convenient to handle all calls and route them as needed, enabling customer support services directly with the engineers. Conversing with overseas business associates is seamless, as we can schedule meetings that are convenient for any timezone. Although we don't work in the same floor anymore, we use subtitutes like screen-sharing to enhance our work sessions. Although we haven't spent much on Zoom, the ROI has been exceptional thus far.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has everything. You can share screens, and whiteboards, have multiple people, and mute them (if that is the case), it doesn't have a limit (if you pay), it's the best app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, the update of the app is on the sidebar. They are annoying.

We're 100% remote, so we communicate this way.

Zoom is user friendly and allows various set-ups for ways to use it. You can use it to have a meeting, share your screen, or you can have a conference with limited usage for some.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative has been having to switch 'owners' of the meeting in order to allow someone else to begin a meeting. If the creator of the meeting isn't part of the meeting it can be a challenge.

Allowing virtual meetings when in person isn't necessary. It is easier to use and more wide-spread than Google Meet. Some employers don't allow Google Meet, so Zoom is a great platform that all people can use.

Sometime it takes time to get entered the participant by using password. Might be a net issue.
