A Convenient and User-Friendly Video Conferencing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface and the ability to easily connect with others for video conferencing and virtual meetings. The platform is also very stable and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is a time limit on the free version of the platform and that certain advanced features, such as recording meetings, require a paid subscription. Additionally, the platform can experience connectivity issues if the internet connection is not strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving remote communication by providing a reliable, easy-to-use video conferencing platform, benefiting users with virtual meetings, webinars, and remote classes, connecting people and teams despite physical distance. Accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.
A perfect way to meet with colleagues remotely
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to work remotely as we have lots of clients and colleagues working far away from our base, so it's great to stay up to date with them without travelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could probably be made a little nicer on the eyes. It's currently quite serious and doesn't look great, also the mobile app isn't great for multi-user calls

We have recurring meetings with teammates that link up with our calendars so that we can use the same Zoom link and meet on the same call regularly without having to arrange it each time
Good quality of audio and video for virtual meetings or webinars.
What do you like best about the product?
This application is very user friendly. It does not consume a lot of data. Easy to use either in laptop or mobile. Plus the good quality of video and audio, also it has the tools that can use in for meetings or webinars. Like live chats, screen sharing, polls, meeting groupings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything yet I dislike about this application. For me, its has all the tools needed for attending virtual meetings and webinars. So there is nothing I can say yet that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save time and money for transportation in attending meetings and conferences. No need to leave the place like an office, home or wherever I am. Because this software can be use for meetings. As long as I have a laptop or mobile phone with internet, attending virtual meetings is now possible.
Awesome conferencing app
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of it is the host comtrols. You can comtrol maximum everything in the meeting. The servers of the zoom app is also nice as it does not lag on joining more peoples. You can also ban people permanently so that they dont distrub you again and again
What do you dislike about the product?
It is the timing in the timing in the free version as we only have 40 mins fot meeting in free version. It should be increased and i guess there should pricing on features of zoom not on timing

Zoom is the best app for online video conferencing and meetings.it also help the schools in taking online classes. As it also helping me in learning new skills from top mentors from all over the world.

As of today's technology world we are expecting online rather than offline. So zoom is one of the way where can interact with people throught video interface.

As of now there is no negative on zoom . If so network issue we might not hear the voice of the person from another side.

I don’t like how there can be a lot of background noise and interference on Zoom calls. It can be hard to hear what everyone is saying, and it can be distracting. Additionally, Zoom's free plan has some limits on how many people can join a meeting, which can be inconvenient if you're expecting more than the allowed number of participants.

I liked it very much so as such i have not felt any problem except some connection problems

Cheap way for mass communication in business.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom to connect with my clients and stakeholders on a daily basis since Covid arrived and regulations were imposed to reduce physical contact. I like zoom because I can connect with as many clients as possible. In a single call i can connect with 100 clients remotely in the basic (free) plan. The application has many features and is accessible on many devices making it highly effective. Setting up meeting with zoom meeting is very easy and in a zoom meeting you can send messages, have video calls and send recordings. Another thing i like about about zoom is that i can connect on portable devices like cellphones and laptops thus making it convinient to connect anywhere you are provided there is internet. Through Zoom I am able to hold more than one discussion in my conferences and I can share whatever is on my screen with my clients.
Zoom was also very impactful when I was doing my masters degree as I could set up meetings with some of my professors and classmates and hold discussions. For academic professions zoom is the best platform to connect with your tutors and classmates online. There is no tutorial needed to run zoom for there is no complex setup.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the drawbacks I have encountered when using zoom is the issue of lagging. Every time you join a meeting you have to select audio output. You also need to have earphones when joining a zoom meeting otherwise the quality of the audio will be a bit poor. Otherwise it is great how the app is continuously getting updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Covid and afterward, I decided not to go back to old days and I have largely concentrated on working from home. I have been using zoom for cooperate meetings. I also have daily updates with my clients and I am able to save a lot of time. I have been more productive lately and I find zoom very user friendly.
