What do you like best about the product?
We can easily join a meeting from Application or browser using direct link. After joining a call there is option of "Call me," which can unables the feature to call on a mobile number .
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximum 200 participants can join the meeting, After 200 people join, it showing pop-up like "Meeting full, You can not join the meeting"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team can join a meeting in a single URL. No need of multiple links to create also we can schedule a meeting for perticular timeslot.
Quite convenient and user-friendly tool for Video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of things i personally like about zoom. Some best features like HD video and Audio & end to end encrypted meetings, Streamline calendaring and recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
With some pros, Zoom has some cons as well, like too many subscriptions, lack of comment control, you need to download an app, file cloud sizes being inconsistency,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using zoom, we can easily complete our day-to-day work during this pandemic while sitting at our home. The main problem was education at the time of Covid, and I used zoom to attend my online lectures.
A little difficult at first but learning more functionalities is worth it!

Screen thumbnails and buttons are not so user-friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is my fave. I love how easily it integrates with all the other programs I use. The screen share is the best and pretty simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has a few glitches but nothing you can't fix pretty easily. The process for adding zoom to meetings is a little bulky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with clients 100% remotely, including international clients. Also allows me to host large group webinars with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m able to use it to video call w/ people for various reasons, including my engineering tutor.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had problems where it wouldn't do sound; so we could see each other, but we couldn't hear each other. There's been other times where the video was really laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so I don't have to meet w/ my tutor in person for our tutoring; that makes it much easier, because he moved.
Easy to use video communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so easy to configure and use. You can sign up for a free account and use it to connect with people all over the world or within your company, you can collaborate with numerous team members virtually in one zoom room. I love that we can customize so many different aspects of our zoom account from creating virtual backgrounds, adding emojis, adding people to different zoom rooms within the same zoom meeting, or whiteboarding out our ideas when we share our screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has glitches every now and then with the camera/video. Lately, I've noticed this happen across various team members where their videos become black and white or it blurs out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves all of our meeting needs which is crucial since we work in a hybrid work environment and our teams are all over the world. Zoom also makes it easy for us to collaborate with different team members without removing too much of the "in person" experience since we're able to make things fun w/ virtual backgrounds, emojis and whiteboard.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it allows people to participate in online meetings easily and efficiently, from my cell phone, my PC, anywhere and at any time of my day. One of the advantages is that it is very easy to use and does not require software installation, it is compatible with different devices among other exceptional functions
What do you dislike about the product?
Although several measures have been implemented to improve the security of us as users, I consider privacy to be something that needs to be worked on a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic zoon came to solve one of the great problems such as working together with other people virtually, this tool has allowed us to be in communication with families, advance in face-to-face work from our homes and most importantly without exposing our health and our families

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom app is easy to use and easy to create meeting and join meeting.

Zoom is good for large crowd meeting. And It helps me a lot to organise online event or classes.
I love being able to communicate in Zoom, it really makes me feel as if we are all in the same room.

Zoom is very convenient and easy to use. The quality is good as well. Being able to communicate and still feel like we are in the same room is good too.

I have never really experienced any issues with Zoom. However, if any has occurred, it was corrected right away.

There are no problems we are having now that I am aware of.
