What do you like best about the product?
Zoomis the best of platform to stay connected with team mates as a work remotely.screen sharing function is most helpful and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40 min time limite feature is annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allowes me to connect socially to the remote world and it saves my time to troubleshoot the issues which I face. And it is a great feature conduct meetings Remotely and it open more posibilities to do my job well

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom's comprehensive functionality, particularly its background noise suppression feature. This standout capability enhances my calls with intelligent audio filters and allows me to communicate more clearly despite outside interruptions. Additionally, I appreciate the platform's high-definition video calls, many annotation tools for collaboration during shared screens, and convenient integrations with numerous third-party applications. All these features make Zoom a top-notch platform for virtual conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that Zoom allows for team conversations with up-thread comment reactions. I wouldn't say I like the excess chatter during presentations, as it makes it challenging to identify which comments or questions need a response from the presenter(s). To improve this, it would be beneficial if presenters could respond directly before continuing their presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary issue I face when using Zoom for podcasting is ensuring we can obtain high-quality recording sessions and retain unique takes of each segment so they may be readily combined. Fortunately, Zoom has proven invaluable in helping me reach this goal.
Makes Working From Home Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to continue staying connected with coworkers as I work remotely. It's usually pretty reliable and user-friendly. The screen sharing function is extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan's 40-minute time limit can get annoying at times. I sometimes have trouble with my audio connecting to the right sources. They hardly want to work with my airpods specifically but will randomly connect to my boyfriend's computer speaker in the other room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It opened up more possibilities for my team and I to still accomplish meetings remotely. I wouldn't be able to do my job well without it. Easier to explain concepts through screen sharing feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature that zoom offers is integration capabilities. It integrates well with other programs like slack and google workspace. It's easy to use and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had more issues connecting to zoom than any other video-conferencing or similar software. I've had to redownload it a few times. I also dislike the chat being only in zoom and not easily accessible as it is in teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps our business connect with external parties - from customers to vendors - and acts as our primary internal video conferencing program. It is easy to embed in meeting invites and set reminders.

No dislikes at this time, but sometimes it lags..

What do you like best about the product?
You can connect with other person on meeting by just putting a code and you are all set to join it no need to login and do a sign up. The most amazing this is that you can have up to 500 participants on the single call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike particular as it works great most of the time. However,one things on which they can work is to get the call connected in low band width internet as well. Apart from this while showing the screen to the participants sometimes it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the lockdown in the covid it was difficult to get in touch with colleagues to discuss about the status of the project and give the report to clients. However, all of a sudden zoom came as a saviour through which we was able to deliver the project on time and get the feedback.

A must for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. You will not need much training on the software before you get using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides that come to mind. It's easy to use, set up and get going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our workforce is remote so having a tool like this is a must for the business to keep rolling.
Best Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the tool is something which I like the most. Also, it lets us record the calls/meetings with just one click without any hassle. Sharing screen and presenting

At times it takes time to log in and re-direct to the meeting page from the web browser
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let us have virtual meetings with multiple people at the same time. Also, at times our team meetings cross 100+ attendees and it let us continue without any obstruction.
Loving Zoom & all it has to offer!
What do you like best about the product?
Since covid times, meeting up in-person for meetings, celebrations, birthdays, and so much more, has been a struggle. Zoom has changed everything. life just got easier!

i dislike that sometimes there are connection errors but that could be due to poor internet connection on either end! there isn't much to dislike as it made everyday easier!

zoom has solved our company now having business meetings over video chat! we can all see and discuss things freely with each other and easily, with a link. Zoom is a game changer!
