Best Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the tool is something which I like the most. Also, it lets us record the calls/meetings with just one click without any hassle. Sharing screen and presenting
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it takes time to log in and re-direct to the meeting page from the web browser
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let us have virtual meetings with multiple people at the same time. Also, at times our team meetings cross 100+ attendees and it let us continue without any obstruction.
Loving Zoom & all it has to offer!
What do you like best about the product?
Since covid times, meeting up in-person for meetings, celebrations, birthdays, and so much more, has been a struggle. Zoom has changed everything. life just got easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike that sometimes there are connection errors but that could be due to poor internet connection on either end! there isn't much to dislike as it made everyday easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom has solved our company now having business meetings over video chat! we can all see and discuss things freely with each other and easily, with a link. Zoom is a game changer!
Great communication platform especially for conferences
What do you like best about the product?
It's great when it comes to remote work. It is free for most parts and works perfectly well for a big team as well. It's excellent for remote discussions, conferences, webinars. It's available for multiple devices like desktops, mobile phones, tablest etc. You can also send messages and files via Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be limiting for a huge group of people. The free version does limit the number of attendees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining conferences, webinars and remote educative sessions. It works well for group activities and HR initiatives.
Perfect Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great communication tool for office and personal use. I use it mainly for work purposes, and I love the blur background feature; I love the ease of use and the way it integrates with my calendar platform and website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the links tricky to use; there is the occasional glitch when talking with multiple people, the camera freezes etc... I would like Zoom to be quicker to function when working with clients emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to work with clients worldwide, the country and the state without traveling, and I can see my clients face to face instead of just hearing them over the phone. It benefits me in many ways, but the most impactful is the reach I get globally.
Great software for meeting and remote support
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very helpful in our support session with the client. eve when using the free version you can still make use of its main feature

The time limit on the free version because it pressures you when you are on a session.

I use Zoom on a daily basis to connect with my clients and share the content and questionnaire with the stakeholders. It is quite reliable and with high privacy. Zoom provides good connectivity, and I highly recommend the tool

I do not dislike any major features. It is a very good tool for video conferencing. There are my clients who use other software like teams and Skype. I am sure with time, zoom will capture the customer that is currently using the competitor's software.

Zoom helps me to connect with stakeholders worldwide. It has a good way to schedule meetings. Can block calendars for the clients, and the virtual background features help me to share my background as we are working from home. Helps me to record the video and track the previous meetings.

Nothing. I like zoom. Sometimes the settings can get confusing because there are so many options to choose from.

Zoom is a great video call software and can be used for business meetings and one thing I like about zoom is that you can I we can control the screen of other person

There not so much to dislike about zoom but it's only that when you have to control over other screen it gets lagged sometimes that's all there is to dislike .

Zoom is solving the problems like to show a particular part of the screen and that's an amazing features that I like about not showing any personal data to the people we are attending.
