What do you like best about the product?
You get high resolution making Zoom the best compared to other video conference platforms. The ability to share your screen and chat while online is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Zoom is downloading the zoom app from the browser before you can use it. I dislike about using is that Zoom fails to Implement End to End Encryption to secure communication online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streams our meetings or webinar on Facebook. Zoom supports google calendar while helping everyone keep track of our next appointments, and last but not least, is how easy the platform is to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most user friendly video conferencing tool. It integrates really well with the other communication tool like Slack. The new feature of adding apps in Zoom is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now it's been 3 years of using Zoom. But the User Interference still feels like oldies type, the design element should be updated with the materialistic icons and UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool for an organization to use in organising day to day meetings. The pricing is also OK ok, can be a bit better but till now it is fine. This tool is really helpful while working from home and plays an important role in our growth by keeping us in touch.

Zoom is a good software for study and meeting from remote and is easy to access from peticular link and best for less data usage and so many options can enable and disable between members who participate in the conference

Poor lighting and video noise from small image sensors, should give good light otherwise it will give a grainy effect image also funhouse mirror effect in the video

Automatically schedule meetings and Collecting information from attendees it makes the time reduce for the host to the additional arrangement, and give a lot of features free its also beneficial

Zoom must add the availability of changing the background while on a video conferencing and of course must introduce some great themes missing from the app that makes it look so monochrome

Online taking of classes during the Corona pandemic and still using the platform for many suc reasons along with meetings with colleagues and friends have increased the accountability of the team.
This app helps us especially in our online classes and meetings thats why I recommend it to you.

Nothing, because I dont see any problem in zoom while im using it thats why if you dont have this product install it because it will help you especially on your studies.

It's the most reliable of them out there. I like how the output is the most dependable and it works all the time. I also love the option of recording any call - free or paid.

The login is wonky. Even when you join from your laptop even, it wouldn't automatically sign you in. I don't know why!?

Video calls! It enhances the remote working experience and makes it reliable.

Easy to navigate, I like the options to hide the background, no cameras and muting microphones, I love the options of translation, it comes in handy when you are multitasking and may miss important information.

It benefits me when I have to work from home; the connections are always available. Productivity doesn't change for me; I'm allowed to do the same amount of work.

What I like the best about zoom is the easy access and navigation of the application. I also love that it is accessible using your computer, laptop and mobile phone.

What I dislike about zoom is the forty minutes time limit for free users of the application. I hope they can make it sixty minutes to cover an hour-long meeting.

Zoom conferences or video conferencing is the most needed part of a business. Remote meetings are one of the problems that zoom was able to give a solution to a business problem.
