Best for overall communication.
What do you like best about the product?
Chats while video chat. Especially, zoom controllers access feom admin console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to reboot all controllers at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all users from the firm together.

Zoom is my best friend
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is more user-friendly than Google Meet and Teams, though I have limited experience with those platforms. I like that it allows for easy recording, the AI features, and integration with Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings are hard to find and not as user-friendly as the rest of the experience. Also, I wish the free version allowed for longer meeting times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the "problem" or situation of working from home for a national organization for which everyone on my team is remote. It allows ease of connection and scheduling with my coworkers and with outside consultants.
Nice upgrade from the previous version
What do you like best about the product?
I have always been a fan of Zoom but the newly updated Zoom Workplace integrates my calendar view and allows me to easily control and manage my meetings, calls, and messages. I am very pleased with Zoom Workplace and it is integral to my daily workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. I sometimes find the help documentation difficult to navigate and lacking in detail when I'm trying to diagnose an issue. Problems are rare but I administer the system for my company so occasionally need to diagnose and resolve a problem. It is also tedious to add additional Zoom Phone licenses for new employees, which I do somewhat often since we are a growing team. It requires getting in touch with our account rep every time.

Zoom allows us to easily communicate and collaborate, internally and with customers.
Amazing and Reliable

Smooth easy to use and very user friendly

missing features tht discord has and other applications

Its allowing us to communicate our meetings anywhere at any time at our convienece.
Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, ease of use, and excellent support. I really could not ask for more out of the product. Our end user base has various customization options and Zoom seems to anticipate all user requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much.. I think the default joining function should be camera off. Further, the google calendar integration can be a little wonky. Some development can be done here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're mainly remote, so it makes employee collaboration easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy all of the different tools available in zoom, such as, clips, ai notes, and annotation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep, but it is worth it for the product and support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The screen sharing and video capture is the most beneficial. Being able to annotate, remote access and work so interactively.

It's design, simple to use. Amazing customer service and support when we have issues!

Nothing so far. 10/10. Zoom has always been amazing.

We are an entirely remote organization - without Zoom we wouldn't be able to operate
Nothing Short of Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
It makes communication easier. We can teach to people who cannot make it to our live classes at physical locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that you cannot disable people asking to control my camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us reach people we would not otherwise be able to reach due to physical distance.
Excellent System
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of admining this system. I love it.

I have found nothing about this so far that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It filled the need for an affordable and reliable solution. The ease of admining this system is also something I have not found elsewhere.
