What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom Workplace integrates multiple modes of communication into one seamless platform. The reliable video meetings with consistent, high-quality audio and video make discussions smoother and more productive, with minimal technical disruptions. I appreciate the integrated chat and channels, which keep conversations organized and searchable, reducing email clutter. I enjoy the unified collaboration tools that allow screen sharing, files, and whiteboards during meetings, strengthening teamwork without needing separate apps. The easy scheduling and calendar sync simplify planning, making meetings easy to schedule and join. Finally, the cross-device accessibility ensures that whether I'm on desktop or mobile, Zoom Workplace feels consistent and dependable, allowing work to flow naturally even when I'm on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved about Zoom Workplace is that its notification management can be overwhelming at times, making it hard to filter alerts and focus on priority conversations. The notification system could be improved by offering more granular control and smarter prioritization. For example, allowing users to set priority levels for specific channels or contacts so only critical messages trigger alerts. Adding an AI-based 'focus mode' that filters non-urgent notifications during meetings or deep work sessions. Providing clearer, simpler controls to customize notifications by keyword, project, or time of day. Improving the notification summary view so missed messages are grouped more intelligently instead of appearing as scattered alerts.

I use Zoom Workplace to streamline team collaboration by unifying video meetings, messaging, and file sharing. It solves communication scatter, reduces context switching, and keeps teams aligned.
Easy Setup, Excellent Recording and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Zoom Workplace because of its good user interface, which allows me to see all participants on one screen and monitor them effectively. I appreciate the recording option, which is essential for creating reference materials for candidates. The screen sharing option is also a big plus, as it makes the training interactive by allowing me to share PowerPoints, videos, and documents, helping candidates better understand the concepts. I find it valuable that I can make multiple people share their screens and even assign host roles to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during the session it's hanging or reconnecting, which makes it difficult to present information. Also, if you give screen sharing option to someone, the recording stops until you allow the candidate to start recording again. It needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to schedule meetings, monitor attendees, and record training sessions. The user interface lets me see everyone on one screen, and I can keep inactive participants in a waiting room. Recording and screen sharing enhance interactivity and serve as reference materials.

I also find it easy to connect with many people, which makes conducting classes, seminars, and meetings simpler. The initial setup was easy for me, not too hard.

I got connection problems sometime don't know if it's my network error or Zoom. If we could see the files or chat we shared in it even after we end the meeting might be more helpful.

Some advanced features are tied up with expensive plans which is very hard to get access of. I would love if they made the plans a bit cheaper.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace lets me turn one big class into small discussion groups in seconds, which is powerful and feels like real classroom bench groups but cleaner and faster to manage. It's great that if someone misses class or didn’t understand, they can replay the session with the chat and transcript, so learning doesn’t get lost. The setup was quick, beginner-friendly, and stress-free. It's much better than a blackboard for showing PPTs, drawings, software, PDFs, and live problem-solving, as students can see everything clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recordings take space and managing them is not very simple for teachers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for education; it lets me show PPTs, drawings, software, PDFs, and solve problems live, which students see clearly. It's better than a blackboard sometimes. Splitting a class into groups is like bench groups, cleaner and faster. Replay with chat and transcript means learning isn’t lost.
