Zoom scheduler is a game changer!

Makes it easy to schedule for other members of my team.

Makes it easy for me to schedule for multiple folks in my department and eliminates multiple steps.
Best business communication platform
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Zoom is its ability to connect people remotely and facilitate communication and collaboration. It offers a variety of features that make it easy to use and highly effective for various purposes, including meetings, webinars, and online education. Additionally, Zoom is user-friendly and accessible on a variety of devices, making it my number one convenient choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an employee who uses Zoom on a regular basis, I have found that one potential drawback is that it can sometimes be prone to technical issues, such as audio and video disruptions. This can be frustrating and can interrupt the flow of meetings and other communication. Additionally, I have heard about security concerns with Zoom in the past, which is definitely something to keep in mind. Finally, I have found that the free version of Zoom has relatively limited functionality, so if you want access to all of the platform's features, you may need to pay for a subscription. Overall, while Zoom has its drawbacks, I do find it to be a useful tool for remote communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an employee who uses Zoom on a regular basis, I have found it to be a valuable tool for remote communication and collaboration. Its features, such as screen sharing and recording, make it easy to connect with others remotely and facilitate efficient and productive communication. I have found that Zoom is particularly useful for enabling remote work and online education, and it has helped to improve the efficiency of my own communication and collaboration. Overall, I would highly recommend Zoom as a platform for remote communication and collaboration.
This is very userfriendly and I never have a problem.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so userfriendly. No need to ask any questions when its so easy that the software answers all of your questions as you use it. If you are looking for a reliable and easy resource...THIS IS IT!
What do you dislike about the product?
NONE. I loved the entire product and I would recommend this to anybody and any company. I cannot think of any reason this product would need an improvement. GRADE A PRODUCT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Zoom for about 7 years now and they have made adjustments with the times. One thing that they could do is add the drawing feature while you are in a group meeting.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is able to us Zoom efficiently and effectively. The quality of meetings held via Zoom are amazing, and sending out invites is a breeze. Functionality wise it does everything I need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoom is the limited viewing options. I would like to be able to customize where the picture of the speaker goes more easily. Other than that it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to almost entirely eliminate the need for phone calls. I am one of those "better in person" sellers, so being able to read the faces of my clients is huge for me.

Pre-assign breakout rooms are a fun thing to do before starting a meeting.
Virtual Background are fun to add to your meetings and also provide privacy if you are somehwre else.
Audio transcription are great handy tool to your meeting getting easy access to meeting information.

Zoom meeting are not end to end encrypted so it can be decrypted by a third party.

Zoom meetings are very user friendly and any one can easily learn to use zoom.
Zoom has cool features which make your meetings more fun and not tiring.

Convenient & User-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and has the best performance. Its meeting capacity limits outclass any other video conferencing app. One can host unlimited number of video meetings easily without any cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security issues. Zoom offers top-notch performance but there are too many subscriptions & add-ons. There is a lack of comment control. The worst thing is sometimes unwanted people crash a conference call and there is absolutely no way to catch them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business calls or college seminars where there are a lot of people can easily take place with Zoom, as it supports large audiences. It is scalable for any size, small, medium or large businesses.
My pleasant experience using Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
What I have enjoyed most about using this platform is that it has allowed me to grow my business globally; for me, there are no borders when it comes to expanding my business. I love that the interface is quite user-friendly and I have never had a problem using Zoom. I greatly value that it offers you the opportunity to schedule and have a virtual agenda for your calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes the phone interface bothers me, it's very different from the desktop one and suddenly I struggle to find what I need, but the truth is that these are minor things and I always manage to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me solve the problem of distances, that is, it allows me to provide consultations all over the world regardless of my client's country or location. It also allows me to record my podcast "Alchemia Cósmica" with great audio and video quality.
Zoom Is Great But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up meetings in Zoom, how seamless the user experience is particularly when sharing over the Internet, the breakout room capability, chatting and messaging even when the meeting is done, the whiteboard feature, how it integrates with apps like Fathom. Zoom is really the global leader and standard for how to run virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
For its vast number of users and massive amount of revenue, I feel Zoom's pricing is not competitive in its pricing and it makes it extremely hard for smaller businesses and consultancies to make use of it thus prompting them to go to other platforms like Google Meet or Teams. Zoom is prohibitively pricey esepcially for teams that need only 3 to 5 licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of the impracticality of not being able to meet face-to-face, it allows you to still meet and be productive through its file sharing and the capability to maximize remote meetings and learning as well (in the case of training or webinars)
Zoom is an intuitive and fast video conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is super user-friendly and easy to use for most people, even older people. The video and audio streaming is hitch-less, with the exception of spotty internet connections. It switches between WiFi and data very quickly and screensharing works beautifully on both desktop/laptop and on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
One specific thing I dislike is that when you are in full-screen mode, the chat bubble appears are a separate window. When you aren't in full-screen mode, the chat box appears on the side in a "fixed" orientation. I much prefer the latter to the former.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the work-at-home disconnect that people may feel. Zoom allows for very large meeting sizes, allowing me to communicate with many employees at once and have multi-team presentations and meetings. It also assists in quick productivity and collaboration tasks from across the globe (hopping on a call with someone elsewhere in a few seconds).
