Best for the team meetings
What do you like best about the product?
We can record the meetings and also run the timer which shows the total time the meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
We are able to see meetings that we have scheduled but if you could list the other meetings that we have accepted would be great

For long team meetings, able to screen share within zoom meeting helps for quick understanding of the problems that are being discussed in the meeting with the team members

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. Zoom is very user-friendly and integrates well with other software, such as calendly. Zoom meetings will also appear on your calendar, as well, once it's set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has a limit of 40 minutes per meeting unless you pay for a higher-tiered account. There are limits to the number of people who can be in your meeting room, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to host remote meetings with end users and our internal teams. It helps keep everyone on the same page regarding our next steps and how to continue innovating and moving forward with our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is priceless when it comes to remote work. It is free to use for the most part and works perfectly for teams or companies of any number of people. The different types of communication it offers make it excellent for remote discussions. You can send text messages, have voice-only or video calls, host formalized meetings, and send voice recordings to communicate. Zoom is one of the few applications that allow you to test your microphone and webcam settings before logging into a conference. So this helps to avoid any issues once the meeting begins, as you can resolve them beforehand. Zoom takes the word portable to the next level, as you can use Zoom on portable devices like your laptop, cellphone, etc. Zoom has data servers worldwide, so no matter where you are, you'll still be able to connect to meetings without experiencing lag. This makes Zoom the best software for remote work, as it genuinely lets you be remote.

New users may find it a little limiting for group conferences, but Zoom is worth every penny for the subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined conferences and providing an excellent remote work platform are two problems Zoom aids in solving. Much like many companies, our company was severely affected during the pandemic. But with the adoption of Zoom as our primary platform for all work-related things, we solved a lot of problems challenging us daily. Communication never became an issue, and collaborative work has been effortless. We can share, discuss, and assist people internally and externally. Email file attachments are a thing of the past thanks to Zoom's quick and real-time file sharing. We temporarily halted our internship program during the pandemic as we couldn't assist and train our interns in person. But this was another problem that Zoom solved through screen sharing and conference recordings. Our company wouldn't be where it is today without Zoom being our backbone during the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has the capacity to cover a vast number of people in online meetings which is quite a distinct feature. It has the option to use it for free for 40 minutes which is very useful. As a freelancer like me, it changes my life I can make a meeting with my clients through zoom from one country to another . Zoom app is easy to install and user-friendly any elderly person can use it, I sometimes make video meetings with my grandparents and they are comfortable using this app. During the pandemic, it was the live-saving software for many business organizations where they continue their work through zoom meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has very few things to dislike as a tech enthusiast I would say it needs to improve video quality where 4k video quality has become popular but zoom provides only 720p.

As a freelancer, it makes life easy to communicate with my clients through meetings, and I can share my screen so my client can watch and verify my work.

The amount of people that use it makes it convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat box is not as customizable as it should be. Fonts, colors, and anything that could make it easier to read. The filters are horrible.

Communication socially in a remote work world. It saves time when troubleshooting to screen share. Wish the simultaneous screen sharing lets say between me and a client would work better so their screen could be divided in their own desktop my screen share and so they can accurately monitor their own screenshare as well for complicated troubleshooting with multiple steps that i need. done in exact order and i can monitor my screen share demoing it, the clients desktop actioning it and their screen share
Great for Meetups
What do you like best about the product?
Very stable audio and video streaming. We're using it in our Agile community as the platform of choice. In one of those meetups, we used the breakout room feature, which worked quite well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linux client is not the best user experience in the world, but it's still ok. It seems like it's always 2 or 3 versions behind it's Windows derivate, which is understandable since the Linux version has less people using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're constantly doing agile meetups in our region, and since all of them are in a hybrid mode, we require a solution to stream it out to the world. Zoom is a perfect candidate for this, as we have a stable stream, and participants can chat and ask questions.

Zoom is the best platform for work meets or chit-chatting with friends from different countries. I have attended a few training sessions, and zoom is best for it.

I have used Zoom for a long time and however not found any such dislikes.

Zoom helps work from culture, where employees can work together via Zoom. Training sessions and meeting can be organized over zoom and you can record the same, for future reference. Zoom also provides fun features like you can change your background.
