Zoom easy to use and free
What do you like best about the product?
It's a free program to use. It's fast and reliable and used by many customers we know.
Even the paid packages are great; we use them all the time for file sharing and the calendar.

What do you dislike about the product?
For the free packages, the maximum time you call is 40 minutes sometimes, that's not enough for our meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most people were going with Zoom, so we also went with it.
Now we cant do our daily tasks without it. We prefer it most over any similar software because of its flexibility and upcoming updates.

Pretty reliable video conferencing except for occasional audio issues

people that join me on the calls love that you can join via the browser without an account

you are forced to see videos in your conference if people have them on

lightweight app that runs video conferences effectively and has a lot of useful features for virtual work

What do you like best about the product?
The zoom meeting help us with whole lot of feature enabling to better communication with in the team and between teams. With a larger set of audience with utmost video and audio clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislikes are prett minimal at this point to say, but the costing of some of the features not in free version. Could help with extended free video conferencing.

Zooms helps with connecting people during the pandemic for sharing ideas and experiences through visual medium with high clarity.
Zoom is all you need for your meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easiness of setting up a custom meeting room and conferences is way better than any other software. The level of security added is also unvreachable for the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a problem which I thought using JWT would help solve it but the implemtation could not happen as we wanted to start a meeting with a host which couldn't happen at the moment.(their support confirmed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us in scheduling HD video conferencing calls with our teams and clients. It's benefitting in call recordings and keeping track of them for future references.
Best tool for communication and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The thing i like most about zoom is it provides us a best audio and video quality and we can connect to anyone around the world and also it supports on all environments.

There is nothing much to say but the thing is everytime we need to select the audio output to join the meeting and sometimes we may get disturbances when someone joins without headphones that's it.Everthing else is awesome.

I have to attend various webinars,classes and meetings daily so I make use of this zoom meetings for connecting to them and it makes the communication easier.It increases he audio and video quality of meetings

The video quality is very good and the host control of the meeting is very good

It is paid service and for using more than one user one has to pay while for 1 user it is limit of 45 min it should increase it to 1.30 hrs or so

In general, I found the product to be quite average.
The positives: Zoom is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. It has a variety of features that make it suitable for different types of meetings. The video and audio quality are also good.

I found the platform to be quite buggy and prone to freezing. The performance was also relatively slow at times. It also has limited features compared to some of its competitors. Pricing isn't as appealing as other platforms.

Zoom helped me to connect with remote team members and hold meetings with them. It also helped to facilitate collaboration on projects.
Overall, I found Zoom to be an ok product. It has some useful features but is also quite buggy and slow. I wouldn't recommend it for more complex tasks.

Easy to use video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to meet online with others. Some within our company have the paid version and others have the free. I use the free and it works fine for my needs. The free version allows a 40-minute uninterrupted video conference. It's easy to invite, mute, share screens, create a virtual background, enhance your video appearance and engage with those using the available IM chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, really, nothing. I do not need webinars or whiteboards so I keep it simple and use the video conferencing option. It's simple and intuitive for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings for our global company. It allows recording meetings we use for training and customer support purposes. Seeing one another visually makes it easier to make personal connections, engage and keep our company's 'family-like' culture going.
