Zoom is perfect for hosting virtual training
What do you like best about the product?
We use it for training. Breakout rooms are amazing for role practices and making it easier to get to know each other
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to share your screen in breakout rooms for activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 16 training centers and there is a stretch in the Midwest where it doesn't make since to have them. We also have locations in Alaska and Hawaii. The travel there is too expensive so we use zoom as a virtual classroom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has many great features, including various video conferencing chatting modes. It's unique because latency is very low, and almost everyone now has a zoom account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very difficult to nitpick things to be disliked in such a wonderful platform; if Zoom can have more visually appealing skins/themes made, that will be great, I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is really helping millions around the world to seamlessly connect with each other on a daily basis, from student classes to professional business meetings. Zoom has solutions for everyone.
A pandemic rage
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has helped a lot during the pandemic era. Screen sharing, board collaboration, and seeing the participants on the side window are significant pluses. The others mostly fail in this.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside would be the time limit of 40 minutes. Sometimes it can be indecisive about when to finish. Even with two participants, it can end the session in 40 minutes or offer you extended time with more than 10 participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can handle the distance teaching as well as teacher meetings considering that we can be away from each other at times.
Simply the best meet hosting platform.
What do you like best about the product?
We can add 100's of people to a meeting. Meeting hosts can mute all the users!

Nothing's terrible about this app! It works great!

providence for breakout rooms where people can discuss in groups. It also allows for a larger audience to be present. May use less data than similar apps. other apps may not offer the breakout rooms
What do you dislike about the product?
at times the audience may scribble on the presenter's screen without knowing it until they are called out. it should be a feature that can be enabled and disabled. let a person confirm if they want to scribble on screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
good for online meetings where the audience is in different times zones globally. I use it for learning, thus i haven't used it at work though my seniors use it
Flexible and free for all involved!
What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspects of Zoom are its flexibility and integration with other products and services, such as Google Workspace. Additionally, while longer meetings require a pro membership, all users can use the software for free, making it easy to schedule appointments with anyone, anywhere, anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything at the moment that truly feels like a downside. Perhaps Zoom integration could make it easier/more convenient to join online meetings (from Google Workspace, for instance) without requiring a meeting URL, but instead simply starting a phone call/video call.

It solves the problem of collaborating in a remote work environment with colleagues worldwide. It enables us to work more seamlessly with one another and our students.
Great virtual platform, better than some alternatives.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is an excellent virtual platform for video calls/conferencing with the ability to record said meetings. I think it's a better alternative to Skype and Facebook Video calls. This is a brilliant free video calling platform with web and desktop functionality as well as apple and android applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you are timed out and cut off after 45 minutes of a call; therefore, this is unsuitable for longer professional video calls such as virtual interviews or team meetings. I believe that this could be solved by lengthening this time limit to 90 minutes (Free Version)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom, when I used it, Worked perfectly for what I needed it for, short video calls and an invite functionality with a waiting room (Lobby), My business performance improved from when I used to use Skype as it's much more user friendly and more cost-effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using zoom since 2018.This app is easy to use and easy to connect each other when we need to meet online. Most useful thing is we can use our phone or PC screen live during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is wonderful but some errors we have to face sometime like a little disconaction and voice issues but this issue might come when we don't have strong internet connection.

Zoom solving our communication problems very well. When we need to meet online just activate internet connection,open the app and start live chatting any time . It's amazing 😍.
best communication and video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
for me the best feature is practical communication. just create a meeting link and share it through any social media platform and stay connected.The audio/video quality is superb. video conference on mobile gave an excellent result. not only for business purposes, but you can also use zoom to connect with your loved ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom never disappoint me for practical communication but one thing i noted that zoom need more data bandwidth. While utilizing its screen-sharing component the sharer isn't permitted to see the audience.
