Reliable and offers great features
What do you like best about the product?
I've (obviously) relied heavily on Zoom for the past few years and continue to prefer it over all other video conferencing softwares. It has the best UX imo, and I rarely run into issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major downside to zoom is the cost for additional features like Polls. I ran into this issue when planning a meeting with voting, and couldn't justify the price for a plan when all I needed was polls - perhaps some cheaper options or the ability to buy access to a single feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to work virtually seamlessly, without running into issues almost ever. Zoom is the standard, so I know I'm never bothering anyone with downloading a new application when I choose Zoom for my meetings.

It's easy for meeting. It's famous globally.
Great platform of real time meetings across multiple locations
What do you like best about the product?
We use zoom for corporate meetings so that information can be shared in real-time across multiple locations across the county.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are audio/video delays, but they are most likely internet related and not due to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting real-time information out to all employees across multiple locations at the same time.
Occasional office use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and a great way to connect with others, especially during the pandemic. I was able to use Zoom to not only stay in touch with current staff but to interview new employees remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any major complaints. Easy to use and fairly seamless experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting people from different places with a personal touch that a phone call alone does not have. There is a big difference to be able to see one another face to face.
Zoom is a program that should have been invented years ago. It saves both time and money.
What do you like best about the product?
I am an attorney. I constantly have hearings before the Court. It used to be that the Court would schedule the hearings. That was a huge waste of time. Additionally, everyone needed to physically make an appearance before the Court. Zoom has changed all of that. Hearings using Zoom technology are faster.
It avoids the lawyers having to wait an hour or more for their case to be called. It is also much more convenient. People can appear via their Zoom connection rather than being forced to lose time at work, deal with child-care, and put themselves at risk of bad weather. The Judge's appear to appreciate Zoom's positive benefits as well and a happy Judge is usually a good judge.

Most promising integration
What do you like best about the product?
The first impression you get when using this integration is seamless and how simple its toolkit is. Zoom Scheduler high-definition video and audio quality for your events to go off with a bang!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is important to have a balance between the pros and cons of any product. The free version has limitations, like only allowing 40 minutes video conference time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user interface of this platform is not only beautiful but also provides many helpful features that makes Zoom Scheduler a very different application than the other meet platforms.
Zoom is an easy to use software and can be used in many places.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use so you could say even from a 7-year-old kid to a 90-year-old person. Anyone Could use it. It also has many different options and settings to customize to your likes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has some glitches, and bugs that need to be fixed, such as the background effects not working sometimes on the laptop or tab. And the message button not coming up occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is currently solving the Background effects issue, and I hope to very soon. Also, They seem to be fixing the problem that the microphone is sometimes not connecting.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is that it allows 300 users for a business account, making conducting webinars and significant events very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of zoom has a lot of scope for improvement for me. I'm not too fond of the UI of zoom. Google meet has a better UI than zoom.

It is solving the problem of communication for people from different countries. I benefit from zoom as I can connect with my clients from other countries.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many dislikes or any particular issue I have been facing while using zoom or the schedule integration. It works like a pro, and the tool usability is also quite simple.

Zoom Scheduler is the best scheduling software I have ever used. The invites are clear, it's easy to understand and use for everyone that interacts with me about it - even those not too familiar with these types of programs love how simple things can be when you're using zoom scheduler!
