Excellent workplace meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth connection, quality sounds, great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be a challenge to get everyone connected.

Mainly just initial connection issues

Interoperability with Teams allows us to use our two primary conferencing tools in one package.
Team Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love having most of my tools built in to one desktop client. We use zoom chat at an ultra high level, we use Zoom Revenue Intelligence and love that is directly inside the desktop client. We find its much easier to get our Account Executives to proactivly seek coaching when they don't have to sign into another software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more integrations with CRMS. It integrates with all the large CRM's but not some of the smaller, yet popular CRM like Pipedrive or Zendesk. Specifically for ZRA and Zoom Phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem they sovlved was adding screen share for zoom clips to allow you to screen recored your phone through thier mobile app.
Extremely reliable way to do video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
First of all Zoom has enabled us to meet with people who we can't meet due to distance and some unforeseen circumstances and secondly we schedule thousands of business meetings every year to get advantage of remote jobs. I would highly recommend everyone to have paid membership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest. There is no flaw at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving remote sharing of screen with end users, view reports.
Zoom Workplace has been a much needed tool for our team workflow and collaboration efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling, ease of use, integration with office suites of tools. The amount of new features have been widely used across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Highlighting of new features feel a bit hidden. People become engrained in their experiences and getting them to integrate the new functionality can sometimes be counter-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have a seamless work enviroment among virtual teams. It helps keep our meetigns on point and the ability to access any learnings from meetings on-demand is a big plus.

easily go back and use meeting notes/transcripts to summarize the meeting minutes
Basics great, advanced features not so great
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about the zoom platform is that it offers basic and easy, user freindly capavilites to conduct video confernces. The interface is straightforward, easily accessble and offers clear direction when utilzing. Steps to schedule a meeting, send the invite and the interface while conducting said meeting are concise and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i belive an area of opportunity for Zoom would be, is recreating the same easy, tech freindly and easy to navigate envirnoment for its more advanced fetures. The ease of access for "normal" zoom, whether it be a singular user or a buiness entitiy is there. However, for the more detailed and buiness specific feutires that entities might need, for whatever the reason, zoom is sev erly lacking. How our buiness is currently operating on zoom and using its feuatres is not the ay that we would like to conduct buiness however, how the zoom functions curently operate, this makes it the "easier route", however please not this is not the corect nor most accurate route. We are forced to work around feuters that we pay extra for in order to create a more stremined and effiecnt video confernce ecperince for our clients. This is a major issue for us and we HIGHLY considerd cancelling our zoom account due to this reasoning.

The problem that Zoom is solving is the fact that we need to be able to offer our clients remote video conferncing options in orde to conduct beuisness, this pridict delivers that is in an easy to use and stress free package.
Zoom is hghly recommended

Best video conferencing platform I've found
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of video conferencing tools in the past and honestly have found Zoom to be the most user-friendly and reliable. Whether it's a one-to-one conference call or internal call, internal team chats or external pitches/calls it's served useful for any scenario that I need to use it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that comes to mind but one that I've seen happen a few times historically (I think it may be more Google than Zoom though) is my zoom browser extension that's tied into my google calendar will get kicked out and when I set a calendar/meeting invite the option to make it a zoom meeting isn't there and I have to reload the browser and occassionally resync the two platforms to get it to work right. The only other thing I would say would be sharing files in a zoom chat is either non-existent or cumbersome so I usually have to convert things to a g-doc and then share a link, some improved way to file share would be sweet!

Easy to do both external and internal video conferecning, screensharing, workshops, etc.
