Easy Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides an easy-to-use platform for any user, whether new to the forum or using it daily. The features Zoom offers give our teams more effective presentation methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen sharing is a bit more nuanced than other platforms. Collaboration features could be improved upon as well. A more refined/organized layout could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication issues are quickly solved over brief Zoom meetings. They also have been helpful for our large webcasts where most of our organization attends the meetings.
Zoom made work from home an ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has made it so I can work from home, converse with my co-workers and delegate delicate tasks efficiently. I like that you can set meetings ahead of time and apply a password to avoid spam users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Zoom. Its intelligent, convenient and can be used on the go. Perfect for me. Only thing I would allow people to change is color icon for preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved miscommunication that emails could not. One of my favorite things about Zoom is the break out rooms where you can assign a team to work on a task while moderating the meeting to ensure productive communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It is Convincing and simplified software tool for video calling. After Covid wave hit. Zoom because the most important tool for meeting when traveling was completely stopped. This tool was a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great, may be more on more 3D background which look as reality. Rest all looks good.have some additional features. Which will help more options with users.

It is Convincing and simplified software tool for video calling. After Covid wave hit. Zoom because the most important tool for meeting when traveling was completely stopped. This tool was a life saver.
Amazing meeting experience with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoom is that it helps in sharing the screen. Also, one can share the video while screen sharing along with the audio. The UI is straightforward to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times while sharing the video, the audio lags, giving a wrong impression to the clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of conducting meetings and webinars at any time of the day from anywhere. Also, the feature of chatting has helped during sessions to communicate with colleagues.
Indispensable program of my meetings
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of the application is that each participant can easily join from their phone or computer. I can also explain a process on the whiteboard or take a sound recording easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For free uses, 40 minutes can be quite frustrating in long meetings. I don't remember this happening before. When I used it by paying a fee, it turned into an expensive application for me as the exchange rate increased too much in my country.

Zoom allows users to join even if they have different email extensions. For this reason, it provides very easy participation via a link. This is an advantage especially for those working in different institutions.
Excellent communication and meeting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I liked about zoom is that we can connect from different corners of the world by zoom. Also, it is available for all the devices like Android, IOS, Windows, Linux, and macOS. Zoom provides us with different sharing options you can share the whole screen or you can share just one tab or share only one window etc. Also, zoom is very reliable and it has good-quality audio and video conferencing. Zoom has a very user-friendly UI so that all can access the zoom, create meeting and access the meeting easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally it's working perfectly but sometimes I faced the issue of lagging also it is asking for selecting audio output every time I join the zoom meeting and it is a bit disappointing. Also, I don't like that zoom has limitations on participants of free users. Audio quality is so poor when someone joins the meeting without headphones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we have webinars and we have daily update calls with clients for all we are using zoom meetings to connect with other teammates and clients.
Super simple and great Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a great way to have video meetings with anyone, anywhere. For my work needs, I primarily use it internally and externally but find myself using the site more often than expected!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Zoom - it has continued to upgrade its features in order serve my needs, and now offers high quality technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important features for me are how easy it is to use, the ability to be integrated with other systems like calendars or messaging platforms and cloud services so that records can be stored on our servers in case they need quick access later.

the time limit to forty minutes - subscribing to a paid plan beyond 40 minutes of use - the sometimes faulty communication quality -

hold a quick meeting - It's free for short meetings of less than 40 minutes - allows you to be more productive by working in symbiosis with others on Zoom -- by sharing your screen, etc.
One of the best platform for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best that it is easily accessible from both a desktop app and a web browser app. Moreover, the tools provided by Zoom are quite helpful, for example: quickly changing backgrounds, improving video quality as per the internet's speed, recording sessions, and managing audio quality. These all features are a complete package for frequent video conferencing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the network is unstable, and sometimes the speed slows down for 1-2 minutes between calls, it takes a lot of time to switch back from bad quality to video to good one. Moreover, presentations become blurry in unstable networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me conduct meetings and invite people who are not part of my organization. It helps me manage all my events and meetings from one place. Moreover, its features like creating private spaces for daily work calls are excellent.
Simply The Best Video Conferencing Solution Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is cross-platform, easy to use, and offers every possible feature you can ever wish a video conferencing software would offer. In addition, the video quality & screen sharing quality are consistently great, even with a poor internet connection. Their Zoom Rooms product is great for office spaces. The cloud recording function for meetings is really well done too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's paid plans can get quite pricey when you have a lot of users. I recommend keeping your users on a free plan and then deciding if you need to upgrade them to one of the paid plans.

We use Zoom to help streamline our conference calls and meetings. It's helped increase productivity and reduce time typing chat messages back and forth between employees.
