Zoom: Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple and easy to use. Setting up meetings and webinars are different, yet simple and easy directions to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I normally use Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, but if someone I want to meet with doesn't have access to either, Zoom is the next logical choice.

What do you like best about the product?
About Zoom I mostly like the feature of Group Video calling, you can have a meeting or online classes easily and communicate with teachers and students and help each other without wasting your time and money by visiting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that people easily join your call like unwanted people coming through without any verification and Video quality is also not Hd so i hope they make it better. also there's a less comment control so i want them to prohibit abusive words and lastly the storage capacity according to plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving many problems it helped me study with my friends when we live afar from each other it didn't cost me any money by getting a taxi or bus and wasting my golden time so it was perfect for a homesick guy like me.
I have great time using Zoom for Office meetings.

The best thing about Zoom is there is no limit for people to attend the meeting.
It's easy to use. Especially generating a separate link looks more professional and positively impacts clients.

Using the Phone Version, you can't see all the people on the same screen. So this feature needs improvement.

We use this software for our official meetings, and it goes well, thanks to Zoom.

The easy of having more than one host and being able to have large groups on a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients can initially struggle to log in if they have not ever before.

It allows for large group calls to be hosted with many members from anywhere in the world.
Good Basic Standard for Remote Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest upsides is the widespread availability of the app across platforms. A secondary element of that is the option to simply dial in by phone, whether it's just for the audio while being in video on a pc or laptop or if you can't get data and can only get voice access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most annoying part of using Zoom is the non-host attendees having to wait for host approval before entry, even when it's a scheduled event with that person specifically.

Zoom is a basic tool for remote work. Sometimes you need to have a face-to-face without being physically in each other's faces. The capacity to request control when screen sharing to highlight a question or solution instead of describing it can make things a lot faster.
Great way to stay connected and productive
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward and impactful are two words I'd use to describe Zoom. Zoom's intuitiveness makes it ideal for hosting meetings, as a lack of familiarity never interferes with user experience. It's excellent for hosting impromptu meetings, where you can create a room on the fly and invite participants, after which you can start the meeting immediately without further setup. You can schedule well-planned sessions with the integrated calendar to set a date and time aside for the meeting. You can set a meeting as recurring if it is hosted frequently. The benefit is that it automatically starts the meeting at the given date and time and the pattern without your intervention. Besides meetings, you can have one-on-one calls with any user and retain most of the features you'd find in meetings. You can send files, images, recorded voice and video messages, and emojis. Many use Zoom as a universal tool for collaboration, mainly due to flawless screen-sharing. You can work with others effortlessly with the freedom to share whatever at HD. Combined with Zoom's open ecosystem for other app integrations, it's the best software for all-around workspace needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When hosting meetings with ten or more participants, we've noticed a bit of a quality drop during presentations. The slides sometimes tend to become blurry, which can make reading small text difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been the backbone of our remote work infrastructure. It helps us call, meet, and collaborate from our home computers without meeting in person. We can have productive discussions, share images and screenshots, send files of any type, and share screens to any device. Recording meetings is an essential feature of Zoom, where you can save meetings you've been invited to, whether or not you've participated in them. In rare instances where you couldn't make it to the meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, you can record the meeting and review it later to stay up-to-date. My team and I have been using Zoom for nearly three years to carry out all our work, as remote work has become standard globally. Zoom's friendliness makes it an excellent medium for overseas communication with partners in Japan and Italy, aiding our expansion of services. As a team lead, Zoom helps me monitor the staff and ensure they're productive. While working with interns, recording has been great in helping us analyze their skills. Zoom has improved my work life in more ways than one, as it's significantly reduced the need to be in the same room for work effectively.
Best Online Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of quick meetings and how easy it is to create new sessions without doing any mashups. One of the best things about zoom is that there is no limit on the number of people to attend. Even this application can connect through their zoom website; no need to install the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires robust internet connectivity to perform well. If internet speed goes down, video and audio quality will go down, and video will freeze or lag. But this is not a big deal; It can just be inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom dramatically reduces travel time and cost because I can have meetings from home. Recording the whole session was possible for future references, which helped a lot as the training was conducted over zoom.

We love that now we use AI Zoom companion, which helps us receiving summaries after the meetings.

A simple login, often takes too long to login.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom at our company and absolutely love its webinar and livestream features. We connect Zoom with Castr in order to livestream to Facebook and YouTube simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Zoom for quite a long time. However, I cannot currently think of any shortcomings or areas that I dislike of the program. It works quite well and suits our needs thus far.

It is helping us with large internal calls, webinar meetings as well as livestreams (while connected to Castr) allowing us to share our screens while livestreaming to YouTube and Facebook simultaneously.
