Easy to use but limitations with free account
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to use. I used Skype in the past and the difference is astronomical. Zoom is the pinnacle of video calling
What do you dislike about the product?
40 minute call restriction for the free version. Meetings are usually 30 minutes or 1 hour. I've never heard of a 40-minute meeting. One hour should be the threshold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a gamechanger for us at SRI. The ability to effectively communicate quickly in this increasingly remote world. Our productivity increased greatly when we implemented zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best with Zoom is the way how it makes communication easy for both personal meetings, coachings, or team meetings. This app makes lives really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have anything I dislike about Zoom because it's easy to use. It's user friendly and even older folks that are not tech savvy can use it pretty much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Zoom solved for me are easy communication with my team and the ease of use for sharing screen and hosting webinars. It directly benefits me, my whole team and my clients.
Zoom good for every meeting
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom integrations with gmail and slack where I can easily select or use shortcuts to make rapid calls, without loosing time for searching or logging tommy account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike a little the integration with google calendar where is different behaviour with using Make it Zoom Meeting, and different when call source is selected.

Rapid connections with colleagues and better quality for conferencing

There certainly is nothing that I dislike about the app.

Attending town halls conducted by my organization on my phone on the move has benefitted me quite a lot. I do not tend to miss any meetings as I can log in to the meets via my phone.

ZOOM is very common and cheap platform for Online meetings

Free version is only 45 minutes, This should be increased to 1 hour

What do you like best about the product?
Zooms ability to support a large participant audience is impressive for me. It is especially an important part of my companys use of Zoom because, we are regularly organizing multi-team / departmental video conferences with participants running into their hundreds. Zooms ability to cope with such high number of participants in a single conference call, without any major lag or meeting disruption is highly laudable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is not very secured. Although, I am yet to have a personal experience with security lapses as it concerns Zoom calls, I do know colleagues who have been victims of " zoom bombing " in the time past, especially in the aftermath of the Covid pandemic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conference calls are important for team collaboration and communication purposes, especially since we have a section of my organizations workforce working remotely. Communication from anywhere i find myself via desktop or mobile phone with barriers is what I have cherished best as a Zoom user.
It is a good platform
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the platform is good with video calling, been using zoom for years and have never had an issue with it, so far it has served its purpose and during the pandemic was also something that was used very heavily across even meetings with the family.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes logging to your account can be a pain and gives you some weird errors, but overall after trying it 2~3 times I manage to get it, would really helpful if you can have 2 FA

Zoom solved the problem of communicating with the people I love which are far distance and we enjoy the group calling with it and the good quality it has as a platform.
Great platform for work and family meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, it allows me to feel closer to my family despite being in different countries, at the work level it also allows me to establish work meetings even with people who are not in the same location, the platform is very interactive and dynamic
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time of entering they do not ask you for a password and this can be very insecure for everyone but especially for the children who use it for their class work, since anyone who has the league can enter and can insult us in the chat, share obscene images until they manage to get it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It may be happening that some Zoom update is causing some kind of conflict with the software on your computer, so uninstalling the application and reinstalling it on your device can help correct those errors. You will have to log in again, but it is better than not working correctly, it would be good if it was corrected

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to schedule with Google calendar and Gmail integration. Easy to attend via desktop or by phone when necessary. As a remote worker, I like not having to be stuck at my desk all day just because I have a few quick meetings or 1:1s on my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have reactions available in chats during meetings. Seems like such a minor nitpick, but our team chats are always filled with emoji reactions to comments made up-thread. Being able to react directly to a comment or question would help declutter the chat and make it easier to notice questions or comments to respond to when presenting.

Zoom simplifies meetings for our remote-first company. All of the integrations (Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.) make it easy to schedule and attend meetings.
