What do you like best about the product?
It's possible to meet lots of people on zoom.

design of the zoom can be more userfriendly

we couldn't make online meeting with 550 people, but zoom helped us for this.
Zoom is an invaluable tool in a CoViD and post-CoViD world!

It is user-friendly overall. I appreciate the ability to control the camera too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the interface when first logging in to a presentation or event - where it takes you to another window to "test your speakers". I wish it functioned more like Microsoft Teams or GoToWebinar, where one click will take you directly to the presentation, even if no one else is there yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fewer offsite meetings means fewer opportunities for road-rage incidents, damaging the air and environment, and contracting diseases and illnesses from other humans.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of being able to log in any time from anywhere. I also enjoy being able to opt out of the video part fo the conference and just do audio.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the login process can get confusing, especially when there are multiple people trying to log in.

Being able to efficiently talk with potential clients and investors in video in real-time.

Zoom is very useful for team meeting and connect with different people's from different locations.It is used for virtual meetings collaborate together with chat.it is used for hosting meetings and livestreaming meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no disadvantage of zoom.by this we can organize meetings,video conferencing and team meetings.

I used for video conferencing and team meetings from different people's from different locations.
A Great Way to Record Podcasts!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really easy to use and get set up from the very beginning for making calls with friends, family, or for business contacts. It's great for scheduling meetings and making sure you don't miss them with reminds and an easy link for everyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a monthly fee with zoom, and if you don't find yourself using it often enough, it can end up costing you more money than expected. It would be great if they had a time allotment payment option, but unfortunately they don't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my podcasting, Zoom is a great tool to use. I schedule recording sessions with my voice actors and then can record them in high quality and have each person's recording be individually saved, making it easy for editing together for my podcast.
Best Application for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Zoom is the whiteboard that allows participants to collaborate. Great for brainstorming ideas without having to open another link. I especially love the different templates it provides; it is a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, Zoom has been excellent. However, occasionally when I click "Join Meeting," the pop-up that allows me to enter the meeting will not pop up immediately. It would take quite a while, or it won't show up. Perhaps it is a computer issue, but that is my only issue with Zoom.

The addition of reminders has been quite helpful.

I think they should improve their background but I can live with them.

After the COVID zoom is basically my office, and I don't have to travel to meet with my customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to share links to people in and out of my network with zoom. Links are easy to copy and paste into a message or email and fairly straightforward for costumers or colleagues to click and follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest downside to Zoom is that it is another extra fee. There is a free version but the meetings have a time limit. I currently am not using Zoom as we pay for microsoft 365 so we meet in teams, which is included in the package.

Zoom is easier to use than other platforms when sharing links with others and it is helpful to communicate with clients because most people know of zoom and have used it before.
A good videoconference tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the experience with Breakrooms. It's nice feature.

At this point I believe it has a decent performance

It's my preferred tool for my English classes with a lot of useful functionalities to help students performance dynamics sessions.

When I used zoom it helps to take calls easily and I can access my team members' desktops via remote access which is more helpful to me,
the sound quality is also good and we can chat internally via zoom.

What do you dislike about the product?
Via using zoom sometimes it takes more load time, zoom need to launch some light version of app which I can access with low internet speed

zoom solved one of the major issue like connectivity to team members which I faced in corona pandemic, also it provides a screen recording feature so I don't need to go with third-party screen recorder.
