Zoom enhances team communication, irrespective of distance.
What do you like best about the product?
I am always keen on the quality of features that a software provides me as a user , because i believe that the more the features, the better and more expanded the possibilities. Zoom meets my taste in this regard , by supporting high definition video calling, making my screen sharing experience a lot more collaborative due to vast annotation tools i am presented with , integration with essential third party applications that i use regularly and my favorite has to be background noise suppression that actually does suppress disturbing ambience noise during calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
i hate that when i schedule meetings from the Zoom mobile application , there is currently no way for me to add a description note to the invitation being sent. This of course, leads me to having to spend extra time sending out emails to invited parties or outrightly accessing Zoom from my desktop , which is not always within reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes face to face meetings possible ,regardless of the physical distance between parties. For a medium sized workplace like mine, faster access to face to face meetings has enhanced communication speed , since everyone does not have to be physically in the same space for group engagements to take place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best platform for videoconferencing and it's also great because it allows you to use other apps like Miro and MeetingPulse directly from the desktop platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slow when you use other apps on the Zoom desktop client. It would also be better if the poll options were more advanced, then I wouldn't have to use another app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps connect with workshop participants and engage them in discussions. It also allows me to see their reactions to comments and the platform allows for spotlighting speakers as well which is helpful.
ZOOM is always best and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so portable and very much easy to learn and teach others. We can keep all the settings, and changes can be easily seen with lock futures it is very handly to have control as admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support needs to be tracked better to know the status of the customer and the requirements raised by them. Requires training and notifications about the futures added so that we can have better clarity on it

It helps in a very crucial role of keeping our presence everywhere and made handly to control and pass information to a mass audience or team members
Easy software to host meetings online
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set-up a meeting and easy interaction interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant updates, no proper computer app(software has to be downloaded to use).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from Microsoft Teams, Zoom is another software we use to host meetings with our clients. It is a reliable meeting conference software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have remote control to access another person's screen to better assist them with tech issues of our platform.I also like how it make work easier by reaching to every person at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometime there is a message showing that I have poor internet but all my other platform aren't having any issue.I also don't like that it is very hard to keep your meeting controls visible and quickly accessible.If I hide them great but what if I need to use the?I'd rather they be smaller and less intrusive so I always have access but they aren't on my way when presenting or troubleshooting with a client.

Zoom keeps me in touch withy clients and colleagues without having to travel or going to office.When the pandemic first hit i was afraid of being without a job.Zoom kept me employed and in touch with my assigned customers
Excellent virtual platform for meetings and classes
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth and clear availability of a virtual platform which can be used for both meetings and online classes in universities. You can also record lecture and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of yet. Maybe there are less viewing options available while sharing a screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There updating there software regularly to get rid of bugs and implement some fixes time to time.

Zoom the solve the problem of connecting with my team while work from home , recording of trainings which can be viewed later on while get stucked on some points while doing a task

What do you like best about the product?
Open access from anywhere and ease of use. Zoom has been a lifesaver for users not on MS teams and has been everywhere allowing people to connect from around the world

Sometimes the performance of zoom for all parties is not constituent with people dropping off, audio issues, and features not working throughout the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom made some changes to improve connection issues during heavy use early in the Covid 19 pandemic period, but they need to keep that up as it is the strongest feature when it works
Zoom into meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like how zoom is an easy to use platform for meeting with the internal team and setting up meeting with prospects. It also allows users to join in via phone or video call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes other organizations do not allow zoom meetings and that can hinder the meeting times of getting it started or looking a deal since they couldn't access the introduction meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows my remote team to collaborate and share ideas in weekly or daily meetings. It also allows us to have a human component since we can see each other's faces.
Best conference software available
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is extremely easy to use and is straightforward with a clean interface. Anyone can use it

If you don't have a membership, there is a time limit for meetings which can be annoying if you don't want to pay for a subscription
