Best Video Conferencing Application
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps us connect with our team, which is located in different regions. The feature-rich interface of Zoom makes communicating our ideas and product roadmaps easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom premium plan is a bit expensive compared to its competitors, and Zoom's feature UI seems overwhelming at first, so it will take some days to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for all our daily team meetings to align our tasks and the product roadmaps and vision clearly to everyone. The ability to share messages along with video conferencing helps us save a lot of time
Best tool ever for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Since I got into remote working, I have used Zoom almost every hour of the day. It is user-friendly to an extent where someone new to using an application can easily understand how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say it terms of dislikes. It is perfect for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect with my colleagues at work in a hassle-free manner where we can schedule our meetings with a lot of settings and disclaimers.
Quality has decreased over time
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and understand. Great free tool to run small videoconferences.

Quality of video and audio seems to decrease over time. I've been using Zoom for a while, both at a personal and professional level, and I've seen how other tools are catching up in regards to quality.

Handy Easy Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomScheduler extension for Chrome browser makes it easy to merge the video conferencing software and create meetings right from your Google calendar. You can schedule an appointment in seconds and set duration times frames, so you're never wondering when they'll start or end again!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything from this tool. I have been using this program for some time now, and it is one of the best things that has happened to me. It makes life so much easier, not having all these extra features or paying fees just because you want them! So if you thinking about signing up, go ahead -you won't regret it!!

With ZoomScheduler, your team can schedule and create Google calendars for every meeting in real-time. This extension is perfect because it allows you to take meetings on the go easily!
Best Online Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really love their Quick Meeting feature so we don't have to do a lot to create a meeting I use zoom for my meetings and YouTube videos so I use their video and audio feature most of the time. And I use zoom daily and I haven't seen any lags or issues yet on this awesome software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I have used zoom I have no complaints with them but the only feature that I don't like is Display Participants Name as I used to record my YouTube videos and when I disable the feature "Display Participants Name" it doesn't work. I think it's a bug and it should be solved as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used several online video conferencing platforms but by far zoom is the best as it has tons of features. As a Frontend Developer, I use software that has good UI and easy-to-use navigations and I really like the UI of the zoom web and app. When I was doing my graduation, I joined a company as a Freelancer and I have to use zoom for my daily meetings. And even now, I use to attend all my meetings on zoom and record my YouTube videos.

The functions related to real time chating, video conferencing and especially screen aharing is just amazing and outclass features.

Little bit difficulty for new user to understand the setting and privacy functions due to little bit complexity of this software.

Sharing real time data and projects update by doing screen sharing in meetings during remote working hours of some employees.
Best runner on low network
What do you like best about the product?
Easy calling facility. Even if i am on worst network, it runs perfectly fine with excellent sound quality and content sharing. Consume less data and System memory.

Have limited facility to schedule call. Do not synchronised with outlook calender. No much recording facility.tough to share the recordings with members who joined the call.

Best video calling and meeting application
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers variety of features like, Screen Sharing, Remote desktop, Higher limit to number of user who can join a call. Focus mode to the speaker and noise cancellation as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Screen Recording Saving time is too much, Also if there is already one recording being saved you cannot save and record another recording. The virtual backgrounds it offers is actually not too professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid when every thing went remote the only option was video conferencing. Zoom was able to give us a really good solution to connect to teams across the globe and also its free meeting service is quite enough to have small meetings.
Simply the Best Video Conference Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Zoom. It's quick and easy to use and sufficient for pretty much all needs. My favorite thing about it is that it's just as easy to use when you don't have a registered account, which makes it available to use for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the video resolution restrictions on the free accounts, however I understand the reasoning for it.

Zoom is providing our organization with an avenue to commence our many meetings. It has supplemented the new remote work lifestyle fantastically and allows for communication to stay intact.
Zoom is best app for video calls

Zoom app has never been a disappointment during important sponsor meetings; it also uses less internet usage. it's beneficial both professionally as well as personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app gets disconnected in between meetings sometimes. Ads are also disturbing, and they cant be turned off. Web users need to add the ID Password every time.

Every fourth Friday, we have two hall meetings where 70-plus members can join on a large scale and attain all the games and activities. Beneficial for UK clients
