What do you like best about the product?
It's chat and recording features and its simple to use; even if you need a study guide for operations, you can quickly understand Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has added great features that made up for any lack in virtual resources to conduct impactful meetings so I like all features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I am currently away from the target community I work with, meeting over Zoom still gives a personal feeling for me and I can leave them with recordings of our sessions.
A helpful integration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to share your screen, but it makes everything even easier by showing you the Miro board and letting people collaborate meanwhile. It is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times your meeting can get really laggy if you don't have a medium-end PC. It is not that bad, but it must be considered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having meetings at any time we want and anywhere. Zoom saves us a lot of time when the meeting does not necessarily have to be in person. Most of the time, we enjoy many of the various functionalities zoom offers.
Google's option is just as good for my purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for large organizations, with lots of security options, breakout sessions, recording etc. If you don't need any of those things, I would recommend Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs money, there are free options that are just as good unless you need lots of bells and whistles that Zoom provides. It's pretty good though, and everyone uses it, so somewhat of a necessity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us to communicate with agency partners, sales bros, and when people are remote. Primarily to work with outside agency help where they are in different states.
Best and reliable meeting application
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows unlimited number of video conference or meetings to be conducted. We can see upto 49 members video sharing simultaneously. Any participant of the meeting doesn't require a zoom account to participate, they only need meeting link to attend.
What do you dislike about the product?
It also have basic and premium plans. In basic plan we are only allowed to conduct each meeting upto 40 minutes only. It is better to develop the zoom application for the smooth running in various devices, since it doesn't not responds fastly in mobile phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the lockdown our college needed an application to continue the course curriculum. But doesn't find a reliable one like zoom. It allowed to conduct as many classes needed for large number of students with meeting duration upto 40 minutes.
User (and budget) friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, no real training needed. Voice and video calls are stable with great audio and video quality. The screen-sharing feature works very well, along with the easy-to-use file-sharing system. Multiple users can be on a call or join, and calls can easily be recorded. The ability to use a mobile device for sharing through Zoom (using the shared screen mode) is another nice feature that is appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface on the web-based system is not as user-friendly as the apps. It uses relatively high bandwidth, making it impractical to use in some areas. Being able to quickly and easily set up filters (for backgrounds) could use some improvements as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our client communication is done via calls and emails, but video calls are sometimes needed, and Zoom has provided an excellent, easy-to-use and budget-friendly solution.

When the internet slows down Screen sharing is disabled.
Some times mic works fine on other platforms but not working on Zoom.

Zoom scheduler helps with and convenience of scheduling and sending out invites to meetings in a single click.

To adjust the time from different countries and maintenance the meeting this is highly recommended.
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me a reminder before the meeting schedule which will help me to get ready. I can easily manage many meetings easily now need to note them separately. It gives me to get rid of extra pressure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing noticed at now, besides sending notifications in an email if the notification also can send on WhatsApp or on their phone this will also be helpful for many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I don't need to separate alarms for the meeting and don't need to note the meeting schedule. I can easily manage my all meeting schedule and alarm using it.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Zoom is how easy it is to use. You can schedule a zoom meeting in just a few clicks and it to be directly linked to your Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
This rarely happens, but sometimes it glitches and lags. It automatically logs you out so you have to log back in again multiple times which can get really annoying especially when you are working in an environment that uses zoom heavily.

Zoom scheduler gives you the convenience of scheduling and sending out invites to meetings in just a few clicks without the need to log in and use the zoom app,

One of the best online meeting platforms!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has consistently been one of the most user friendly and intuitive meeting platforms to use. Ever since the pandemic hit, I have used Zoom almost daily. I am happy with how the platform has evolved in the last two years and all of the features that have been added, like chat, plus all of the features that used to be only on Zoom, like breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom tends to use a lot of bandwidth, so if my internet is unstable, I have to turn off my camera in order to hear people more clearly. It is not a huge deal. It can just be inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the beginning, it was a necessity due to moving my work 100% online. Now it greatly reduces my travel time and cost because I can have meetings from home. In addition, I am able to communicate with peers all over the country. Finally, I can maximize my time since I hold multiple meetings per day.
