Accessible and Feature-Rich for County Coordination
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its easy features when I'm a presenter. The different options available for the audience's abilities and accessibility are really helpful. It's also an easily accessible way to connect people from different organizations when working county-wide. I found the initial setup very simple and to the point, and it was easy to speak to our HR about the setup process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say figuring out a way to make a simplified version for young users like children. Simplifying what their abilities are when they log into a child-friendly account, because I used to be a preschool teacher, and the amount of times kids were able to mute themselves or things like that got ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is an easily accessible way to connect people from different organizations county-wide, with easy features for presenters and options catering to the audience's abilities and accessibility.
Solid Video, Lacking Workplace Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace includes its AI Companion in the standard paid licenses at no additional charge. The one click entry makes setup easy, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the 'video' part is rock solid, the 'workplace' expansion has introduced some significant growing pains. There's a 'bloatware' feeling, and there's friction with Zoom Mail & Calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for video meetings, and it solves context switching issues. The AI Companion is a great addition to the standard paid licenses at no extra cost, changing user psychology and adoption curve, and improving operational and financial metrics.
Efficient Conferencing with Minor Audio Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for work meetings and I like that it allows efficient conferencing with hardly any glitches. The multitasking features stand out to me as I can multitask in meetings without any concern for lagging or viruses on my PC or phone. The variety of backgrounds offered provides a different look and feel to presentations, which is especially helpful in a professional setting. The initial setup wasn't difficult, taking just a couple of minutes to install.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with the audio when using a computer. The sound from the computer is affected, unlike with my phone where there's no problem. Sometimes when I disconnect the headset, the audio from the meeting stops, so I have to close the app and restart it to fix the issue occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for efficient conferencing with hardly any glitches. It lets me multitask without lagging and personalizes presentations with diverse backgrounds, enhancing professionalism.
Seamless Integration and AI-Driven Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace seamlessly integrates and features AI-driven automation that users in 2026 consistently highlight as valuable. I find the Workspace Reservation feature brilliant for hybrid teams; it allows me to see a floor map, book a desk next to a specific teammate, and have my Zoom profile and calendar automatically sync to the desk's hardware. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace is generally straightforward, especially for those already having a basic Zoom account, making it an easy transition from other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the AI Companion is great, it’s not perfect. It occasionally misattributes quotes or misses technical nuance in complex discussions, requiring a manual proofread of every summary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace addresses the cognitive drain of context switching, reduces manual meeting admin, and ends team resource fragmentation. It integrates seamlessly and automates tasks with AI, while Workspace Reservation supports hybrid work by syncing my profile to office hardware.
Centralizes Communication, Eases Meeting Overload
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Zoom Workplace centralizes video, chat, mail, calendar, tasks, and whiteboards into one hub, saving me time from switching between different apps. With HD video conferencing capabilities for up to 100 participants, it's great for meetings and collaboration. The automatic generation of meeting summaries, highlights, and action items is a huge time-saver, eliminating the need for me to take notes and ensuring nothing is lost in long discussions. I also appreciate the straightforward setup process, especially since it supports existing Zoom accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tasks Hub is handy but not as robust as dedicated project management tools like Asana. Complex workflows or dependencies aren't fully supported.

Seamless, Reliable Meetings in a Clean All-in-One Collaboration Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how seamless it feels to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I don’t waste time figuring out where things are. Meetings start quickly, and the video/audio quality is consistently reliable. I also love that it’s not just about meetings anymore—features like Team Chat, Whiteboard, and integrations with other tools make it feel like a complete collaboration hub rather than just a video call app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. It takes a bit of time to discover everything and figure out what’s most useful for your workflow. Also, while Zoom has improved a lot with hybrid work tools, switching between devices (like laptop to mobile) could be smoother
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving the challenge of staying connected with colleagues and collaborators across different locations. Instead of juggling multiple apps for chat, meetings, and brainstorming, Zoom Workplace brings them together in one place. That reduces friction and makes teamwork more natural, even when people are remote.
