Conferencing Solution of Choice for us
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of using the service on all equipment, locations and technologies
What do you dislike about the product?
As changes are made and updates released, I'm forced to walk through all of the config screens after each update to find the new features/settings that I need to review for our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us keep our remote workers connected, through instant meetings and VOIP calling.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has a modern look. I like the updates to reactions, having more variety.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not similar to last format, little confusing at first

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace has been easily integradable for our team. It allows for us to have smooth delivery of our coporate requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major downfall is that we still have a number of companies that will not work with us through Zoom and only through the likes of WebEx and Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to keep everyone within arms reach. Never needeing to track anyone down.
Easier to use than other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use for all of my contacts. I am not limited by what a company's IT structure is, on getting them access to meetings. All seem to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom seems pricey compared to other platforms.

Zoom allows everyone to meet. Regardless of where they are, and what kind of computer, mobile device, etc they use.

Feature rich options. It is very powerful to custom set options based on user needs.

Nothing really. Everything has been stable and predictable.

Easy to implement and maintain. Cost effective for small to medium businesses, with the capability to scale to a large organization.

Administrator Portal UI can be improved.

Video Conferencing capabilities and the new AI features.

nothing comes to mind, so far everything has been great

We are a remote based company so it helps to connect our company with each other and clients.
Zoom Office Use
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom Platform is fairly intuitive to use and anytime we have had any issues the customer support has been easy to use as well. There are a number of features that we do not use so I imagine there is some functionality that is great that is not being utilized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and Analytics could be greatly improved. It is hard to understand the call answer rate, vs abandoned rate with the amount of queues and roll over options we have in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE use Zoom for Patient Calls as well as Telehealth visits and internal calls.

It is effective and efficient, easy to use.

I don't dislike anything at this point. It has been fine.
