What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use Zoom. I have so many options, settings, and opportunities to enhance my and my client's zoom experience. This is a MUST platform for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Logging on is a pain. I click on the link, have to click on another link, and then can get on. Why can't I just go to the URL for the platform and then enter my own zoom room?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client connectivity. I no longer have to drive to see clients. I no longer use phone platforms due to how easy zoom is. This is a tremendous time saver.

So far so good. Very few other Softwares come even close when it comes to video conferencing!

If covid19 lockdowns are any indication, working remotely, team meetings, video conferencing, and webinars, to name a few, have become the new normal, and Zoom makes all these easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Meetings and daily team connections are essential to any project management process. It helps in team bonding and keeping the project on track, and zoom is a super handy app for team meetings. It enables screen sharing and recording as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom meetings are generally time-bound, and in case of long time meetings like 2-3 hrs, the session ends after 45 mins or 1 hr time, and all users have to re-join the forum again, which disturbs the flow of discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team meetings, Screen sharing, allowing a large set of audiences for meeting and Recording essential meetings are the best features available on Zoom. All these features are easy to access and can be used smoothly by amateur users as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use video conferencing software, easy to schedule in the back end, easy to use once in the conference, good screen sharing facilities, good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly fee is not great if you're an ad hoc user. Other than that I there isn't anything to dislike about Zoom running on Windows or the Android operating system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation for my small business. Getting exposure to potential customers, deal-making, and sales opportunities, all without leaving my office. I can also discuss issues with people in different cities, states, and countries.

Zoom is easy to use! Functionality and flexibility for usage is wonderful! We use it for various programs.

It allows us to stream board meetings, Run parent programs, host equity and diversity programs and virtual family nights.
The best video tool for any project team!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has helped us globalise our internal meetings, and with the Audio transcript feature, our teams are well aligned with the functional goals. With its capability to integrate with Calender, it makes it easier for us to setup meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
No. I do not have any dislikes for Zoom, as they have been improving over time. Their desktop has enabled our team to find the availability of users and connect quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a very versatile app for our team and it just improves our lives. Our team was using the google VC tool, but after the implementation of Zoom, we enabled whiteboarding sessions for all our teams and seamlessly planned our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom Scheduler is that it is very user-friendly and easy to use. The upsides of using Zoom Scheduler are that it is very convenient and it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to set up recurring meetings, which can be a pain if you have weekly or monthly meetings. Additionally, there is no way to set up an agenda for your meeting, which can be helpful for keeping everyone on track.

Zoom Scheduler is helping businesses solve the problem of coordinating meeting times between multiple participants. By allowing users to schedule and share meeting times, businesses can avoid the wasted time and effort of coordinating meeting times manually.

What do you like best about the product?
The extension is such a time-saver! This simple add-on will make it even easier to schedule your meetings much in advance. With just one click, you can have your video conference call set up with all of the features that are important to you. The process is easy and only takes a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about this add-on. I just recently faced a glitch where it kept logging me out of my email account. Sometimes through voice, it schedules a meeting in AM, but hopefully that can be fixed soon!

Zoom is a tool that makes it easy to manage your contacts, calendars and work teams (especially remotely) because you can do everything from one place. With the click of a button on their computer screen, all team members are equipped with meeting information, including where it will be held as well who's attending. The best part is it's so quick - usually within seconds after selecting "schedule" from the list of available times on weekdays

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, user friendly, UI is perfect doesn't take long to load and execute like other apps, Easily accessible for our office colleagues meeting and families.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitches and lags but this might can be because of poor internet signals, however, video glitches when there are more than 3 attendees in zoom meetings sometimes which I sometimes don't like when there is an important discussion going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Scheduler is solving my problems to catch up on the meetings that are planned by me or my colleagues in the near future so i don't need to remember where Zoom is there to remember scheduled things for me so i don't miss anything and this is one of my major problems that when things get compiled, anyone can miss something important. This is benefiting me.
