Effective but overrated
What do you like best about the product?
For obvious reasons, zoom has become the house and office hold name for video communication in times when in person isn't feasible. It's also become a verb and noun because of its reliability for both conducting business and staying in touch with loved ones from any device anywhere in the world during the pandemic. I believe zoom can be credited with the success of the worldwide workplace movement of allowing employees to work from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most complain about the requirement of paying for zoom after a certain amount time. However, I prefer the excuse to keep things short. I do often have trouble connecting and it can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer who travels full time for work, I like having this option to meet with clients or potential clients without having to take away from my planned schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
No complicated steps, super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a meeting recording button in the mobile version as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's maintaining its easy-to-use interface, which isn't time consuming at all when a new meeting needs to be scheduled.
Zoom for Music Teachers
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy to use platform. They've taken all the fear of using technology away.Especially for those who didn't grow up using technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's probably meant more for the human voice than a musical instrument, The sound reproduction isn't that great for instruments like the harp which I teach.
Sometimes the sound cuts out or becomes garbled when my students are playing their lessons, or we're working on a specific passage.
I have to determine, if it's them skipping notes or zoom being overloaded with the mixture of overtones and reverb.
Another possibility would be that the area that I live in doesn't have strong internet signals.
( at this point I'm beyond my knowledge of internet technology)

I'm not really aware of what problems that zoom is solving for my specific musical needs. I don't use a computer for my zoom meetings. I use my IPhone because it is easier to maneuver.
Great software for video meetings!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it super easy and convenient to have meetings with so many people at the same time. It is easy to use and has been super helpful to work from any part of the world. My work does not get interrupted even while I am travelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes sometimes and is slow sometimes. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Zoom helps me conduct meetings from remote locations quite easily. We can even host online parties and connect with family and stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a website that is easy to navigate and accessible to students and businesses. It is available to use anywhere via any device. Zoom has allowed people to communicate digitally and helped many students during the COVID-19 lockdown to continue recieving vital education through online learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although zoom is very easy to use, however, it can sometimes have some issues. Zoom can be glitchy, can have issues with audio and sometimes kicks people from meetings which makes it difficult for people to use and rely on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom supports companies, schools, etc., by providing an app that can be easily navigated by anyone. Zoom helped many other students and me during the COVID-19 lockdown. Zoom allowed students and teachers to continue learning and communicating online.

Being able to see people in an effective platform makes Zoom key.

Time limit when you don't have an account.

Communication with team around the world. It speeds up the creation process.
Zoom - Best video conferencing tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use when videochatting. It integrates well with Fathom, a notetaker, for when I do sales demos. Definitely a great user experience compared to other video tools out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike. Zoom gets the job done. It'd be nice if there was an option to have a sound alert when someone joins the Zoom call so you can add them in quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a sales rep, so it's important for me to conduct virtual demos on Zoom that's easy to use. It has excellent integrations with Fathom (notetaker) and HubSpot (CRM).
Helping to stay connected remotely
What do you like best about the product?
After COVID lock down it seems that remote conferencing is the new norm now. I enjoy being able to take a meeting on the go with colleagues and potential clients that are in various locations. I am able to use Zoom on my cellphone and it works just as well as the desktop version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the free version is only an hour duration. That is the only con. The software has been working perfectly for me and my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to stay in touch and network with colleagues and clients across the country. Allows us to engage and network as though we are in the same location.
Critical for the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up meetings on Zoom is incredibly easy. The recording function allows me to share meetings verbatim with people are unable to attend. It has a very nice and clean user face that does not distract from meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better integration with Google cal and Gsuite, though perhaps that's an issue with Google and not Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of working in different parts of the country with coworkers and not sharing an office. It's easy to meet face to face and have both set meetings and spontaneous meetings.
Zoom is great for user accessibility and engagement
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features of Zoom are the interactivity of the features between attendees and presenters. Being able to easily chat with other attendees as well as the presenters is great. It's also helpful to put up reactions and hand raising. I also appreciate the webinar setup process and being able to do practice sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't schedule multiple events at once without racking up the price. There's also no convenient way to send someone their link - they have to dig it up from their email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for basic webinars and it works great. It's straightforward and can do everything we need it to. It's great for getting our members together and providing presentations. It provided an excellent resource for reaching our members during the pandemic.
