Zoom is the only tool you need!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is just easy to use - it is very intuitive and the UX decisions make screen sharing much more effective. I love using the whiteboard feature to draw out my thoughts! And Zoom's integration with Slack to kick off a meeting is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is my go-to option for any type of meeting; however, I would like a more modern chat function while in the call. Something that is more visually appealing and fun to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing us to keep a remote work culture alive. With virtual games and breakout rooms, our work from home still feels like it does at the office. I am able to feel close to my colleagues, even if they are 1000s miles away

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom connects me to my coworkers on a daily basis. Wouldn't be able to do my job without. I use zoom for both internal and external meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the design is a little "old school", nothing super fancy, which is also fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to meet with coworkers and clients while working from home. Even when I go into the office, we still use zoom to connect with the rest of the company. It's quick and efficient to get work done vs. emailing or chatting through Slack.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best meeting app for me. It's so easy to use and navigate. It provides a convenient and reliable meeting experience. It allows us to share our ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, None so far. Everything fine. I appreciate the small little details in this app. It's easy to use and navigate. The design and appearance look professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to work even in remote areas or at home. We can easily make a meeting with our colleagues. Zoom meetings provide convenience because it has a phone app also.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to track metrics such as attendance, poll results, exit surveys. Dedicated Q&A box is great with anonymous posting. Everyone is familiar with Zoom, so there is little education necessary for our attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom quality is TERRIBLE. We are looking other live webinar platforms because Zoom quality is so bad and in this new digital events era, it's unacceptable.
Also wish there were more configurations of presentation + presenter. You lose so much because the slides are huge and the presenter is so small.

An overall great platform for hosting live webinars.
Easy and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I recently found out you can send an SMS via Zoom which has really helped me confirm appointments with decision makers that are hard to get ahold of by calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the caller ID was better, sometimes it says who's calling and once i answer and go back to find that number to log it, the caller ID portion goes away or changes to just the number but this doesn't always happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like not having to use my personal cell phone or needing/having to have a hard (physical) phone to dial through. Also getting ahold of decision makers via texting. Meetings for the company I work at is also nice and easy to attend.

Zoom provides the highest participant capacity as compared to all other similar platforms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for software that is user-friendly and able to provide me with reliable connectivity with an HD video conferencing feature. Also, its screen sharing with access control ability is something I was looking for.

When I am stuck in covid period it most defficult time to attend the college but thankyou so much zoom for being with me for my virtual class room provider without zoom it is not possible to attend the class online thanks zoom team 👍 for providing such a good platform...:)
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one dislike is zoom have to provide the screen sharing options because it is very difficult to share the screen at the time of presentation class only host is able to share the screen and and host have the power to provide the permission...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual class room provider at the time of covid is the most important and helpful decision for providing us the platform to meet virtually sharing our thoughts remotely...

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best for their high level privacy security service in which zoom provide us private room and chats feature which make him more trustful. His security service make him much better than his competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while recording a webinar his video start buffering and video quality goes down which makes me disappointed. They need to fix this issue too serve better experience. Yes I would like to see improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me by providing high privacy security service and his eco friendly interface make him the best. Yes it makes me too productive. Yes it also increased my business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the virtual backgrounds and how easy it is to record a meeting. Zoom integrates very well with G Suite and is compatible with all of the customers I've come in contact with so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes or takes too long to load, but that's usually only when I have multiple applications open at the same time! Overall, I don't have any issues. I wish you could react to messages in the chat feature, but that's not a make or break issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of the lack of face to face interactions between customers, and colleagues in a remote environment. Zoom makes it easy to connect and feel as though you're in the same room as someone, even if they're on the other side of the world! I especially find Zoom helpful for product demos. I can't imagine just trying to explain what I'm selling over the phone!
Good platform for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
We can create a room in zoom that feature is very good. Anyone can do screen share, video and audio calls. Also users can do chat with anyone. And user can also join the zoom meeting with browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
In zoom meeting room user can only create room with only 50 user, they need to maximize the user about 100.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do virtual meeting in zoom. In COVID time this is very useful for everyone. We can communicate with our team members and also discuss the projects.
