Simple and efficient app for online calls and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
All features available that requires to work from remote location.

It should have some features to mute automatically if we are not speaking

Zoom is best for their private room and chat feature which provides us very high security and stable calling which was the best. His security privacy make him much better than his competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while joining the webinar or meeting from joining link it says time out. I faced this 3-4 times. They need to fix this issue to serve better experience. Yes I would like to see improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me by providing a stable calling service and a high secure privacy which make me . It provides us free of cost private room which was easy to create. Yes it make me to productive. Yes it also increased my business performance

What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to free meetings, it gives 40mins for a meet then the session gets automatically ends.
Comment control is inferior.
Nowadays, Zoombombing is a real issue.
You've to use the app to join a meeting with no browser support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us showcase our new services via zoom meetings and stream those meetings on Facebook to gain more followers on our FB page and also increase sales and our customer base.

Little difficult to use in mobile (only for the host)

Easy to connect with the participants, tool made life easy to connect each other virtually, instead of visiting to office premises

What do you like best about the product?
Love the updates that make things way easier, the ability to stream on multiple platforms and the ease of getting in touch with customer service.

I wish business was free, but we aren't in a perfect world!

It grants me The ability to do business not just in my area, but to service all over the country and world!
Improved Performance for Instrumental Teaching
What do you like best about the product?
Teaching students through Zoom has been improving in quality for the past two years. Features like "original sound" make an impact on the ability to hear the student's sound more clearly. I times, the quality cuts out. For most of the time, the audio adjusts and is able to clean up the quality well with a stable internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay is a bit difficult to work with. The sound will cut out at times if you are attempting to play a duet. The student would hear the duet correctly while the teacher is a tad ahead in the sound. Also, stabilizing connections that are a bit weaker would be greatly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lessening of sound cutting out during a student's instrumental playing has been improved. At times, there seems to be a reduction of connection drops while in a session.
Zoom - Does what it needs to and not much more.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great conferencing program for those who need to just talk to one another. However, I am a psychologist and Zoom is not well suited for telehealth or other such applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom does not offer integration with electronic health records, that I'm aware of, and does not allow for accepting payment. Zoom is not well suited for telehealth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was helpful at the beginning of the COVID lockdown in 2020. Since then, I have identified other, more useful, products for telehealth (e.g., Doxy.me and others).
A convenient way to schedule meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom scheduler is an effortless, quick and convenient way to schedule meetings. You can directly schedule the meetings from your google calendar without even going back to zoom and then schedule the appointment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the zoom scheduler is sometimes it's a bit laggy. It doesn't work sometimes, and I have to reinstall or clear the cookies in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organise a lot of meetings in my day-to-day life. Zoom scheduler helps me schedule my meetings in a single click, saving a lot of my time. It's quite fast and easy to use with great recommendations.

Not having to go and open up Zoom separately when calendaring a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extension crashes and does not load. Maybe this can be fixed with an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Scheduler is allowing me to create meeting invitations faster and more efficiently. Because many of my meetings are done via Zoom these days, it saves me time not having to open up Zoom and copy and paste the information.

easy to use, stable quality, well packed with great features to allow multiple possibilities, like polls, and whiteboard are good options to complement any session.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have a better interface to find things like annotations quickly; sometimes, it hides it on the top banner. you get used to it, but as a first-time user, it could get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular updates might solve most things under the hood, although I'm never sure what it fixes precisely.
