I use it everyday to connect with people.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient and easy to use. I can easily make online meeting arrangements and call people from any place in the world and have a good online meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit for Free Account is too short, i.e. 40 minutes. The light adjustment function makes my face look a bit fake sometimes, it will be good if they can improve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to make quality online meetings easy and efficient. Most of my colleagues use Zoom and we can arrange meetings easily while we are in different places of the world.
Had to use this for school online. No concerns.
What do you like best about the product?
Using it is pretty easy; user friendly for all ages. I had to use it for school/work as half of it was virtual learning. I like that only people with the password could join the meetings. So security was amazing! I have no complaints about it. Great tool during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't change my background or blur it out, so I had to make my backdrop appropriate before joining a zoom call. Make more virtual backdrops so people don't have to spend more time organizing a space when space can be limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped so much during the pandemic to continue learning but at a safe distance away. Many things have turned to virtual style learning, so zoom makes virtual classrooms great. The chat option is great for those with audio problems or who do not like to speak/have any mic to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best for their high quality video meeting and webinar and you can also stream your webinar on Facebook. It was easy to use. His stream service on Facebook make him much better than his competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while streaming a webinar on Facebook his video start buffering on zoom which make me disappointed. They need to fix his streaming server to provide better experience. Yes I would like to see improvements.

Zoom helps me by providing high quality video meeting and webinar service and His streaming benefits me. Yes it makes me too productive. Yes it increased my business performance.

It is super easy to use , send invite and join with very few clicks

Basi model has limited features anopting for some add ons make it expensive

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best for their high quality audio and video calls his service is easy to use which was the bestest. They also provide timer system to start conference or classroom. His time scheduling feature make him much better than his competitors.

Sometimes their was a problem in joining the conference because of some server issue. They need to fix this problem for providing better experience. Yes I would like to see improvements.

Very intuitive and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to screen share. I love how you can view the participants in many ways, such as gallery view versus speaker view. I love the Google integrations for ease of scheduling. I love how easy it is to add team members to our business account.
What do you dislike about the product?
For free account users, the 45-minute limit is slightly restrictive. One hour would be helpful. Less relevant for business use, though, because we use paid accounts for most users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps unify a remote team scattered throughout the US with face-to-face interaction.
Zoom to Grain integration makes things easy
What do you like best about the product?
With the integration, I was able to just start the recording and upload to Grain without too much thought. It was so much more convenient than recording on zoom, finding the file, and then going through the manual upload process--too many clicks! Luckily, Grain makes it easy! With zoom, it seems to be ubiquitous enough that most folks know how to use and connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom seems to be the easiest thing to use so far and what most companies/individuals are using these days. Before then, it seemed like Webex was the dominant software--but it felt clunky. While I think Google Meet is probably easier to use than Zoom, not everyone is in the Google ecosystem or wants to be there so Zoom seems like a happy medium for the time being.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy for me to connect with people whether its a full team chat or a quick one on one session to hash out some details. And again, because it seems to be the dominant video conference software at the moment, I don't have to worry too much about making sure whomever is on the other end knows how to use it and connect.
Great meeting option
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for both business and personal to meet with other folks. Especially useful to connect with groups such as HOA, PTA, Church etc. that everyone doesn't have professional meeting software installed. G
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow to respond with multiple cameras on, it takes alot of power from the CPU and the bandwidth which if you are sharing screen can be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with people from all over or outside a company format, bringing small groups together and allowing to meet when ordinarily it would be a voice call only.

Zoom is best for his high quality video conferencing his software also provide us scheduling system which help us to schedule a webinar or class. His scheduling system make much better than competitors.

Sometimes his server crash time out then we are unable to start the webinars or class. They need to fix this server problem to provide better experience. Yes I would like to see improvement.

Zoom is a great tool that I use on a daily basis, it's always easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The screen share tool is extremely useful, and allows me to conduct presentations and share content regardless of where the meeting attendees are. I prefer Zoom over competitors like Teams and Meets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Zoom app has network outages which makes it difficult to connect to meetings. While this doesn't happen often, it can be frustrating when this occurs mid-way through a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to work from home without needing to worry about missing meetings. I really enjoy the flexibility that Zoom offers me to work from anywhere. I also like how easy it is to dial in by phone as well.
